I really like Carl's and yet today was quite disappointing. We asked about specials before ordering and was told Western Bacon Cheese was buy 1, get 1 for 1.00. When given the receipt we were charged the price of a regular sandwich. When asked about this the cashier was "I didn't say that, I said the regular and the chicken" in a tone that I wouldn't recommend speaking to anyone in.
