What an amazingly delicious food experience! We went to Grazing Oregon Charcuteries and had such an amazing experience! As you can see from our pictures, the food was plentiful! The staff and owner educated us on cheeses and proper pairings. The service was amazing-Angel and Janice were amazingly kind!! It was all so delightful!! The best part, she uses good quality foods,locally grown produce, gluten free stuff....so many great things!! Good quality foods!!! Meats and cheeses were top notch goodness! There salad was so good, all i could think was -"this would make dieting easy" the balsamic dressing and pesto on the salad was so amazing...I never thought I would eat fancy aged blue cheese with black grapes...but it was AMAZING! There was also a delicious cream cheese with honey and honecomb on top, paired well with strawberries and mango (i have two chunks and prayed for no allergic reaction. I lived to tell the tale of my amazing charcuterie experience! I totally encourage everyone to try this hidden gem! Scroll for business card and location!
