The rumors of no customization turn out to be true. Tried to order a simple sandwich but when it became apparent it was going to be a nightmare and great test of patience trying to order something that wasn't specifically on the menu, I left. Found another restaurant up the street where the employees were competent enough to put 4 ingredients between slices of bread.
Thankfully we have several sandwich shops in town , no need to ever return here.

I've ordered quite a bit from here and i always add extra bacon to my #8. I have NEVER gotten extra bacon sometimes its just a piece even. I feel like of iam paying for it I should be getting it. I don't know why I keep adding it wishing they would apply it but I have never gotten it I don't understand why.

New location, great sandwich and soda selection (try the agave rootbeer), very friendly and helpful staff.

Tried this location last week and they messed up 2 of the four sandwiches. Not sure why I thought today would be any different. Ordered three things; got two of what we ordered somewhat correct and one wasn’t even close. Completely wrong sandwich, completely wrong size. The tuna giant sandwich had so little tuna I could barely see it on the sandwich. The #13 bowl had the meat of a mini if that. All in all, a crummy experience.

We’ve come to this JMs several times and the last 4 times we’ve come the sandwiches are wrong or have missing items. When you try to call, no one answers. You email, no one replies. Customer service is terrible at this location. I won’t be visiting again until changes are made. I’m tired of getting the wrong food.
