I love coming here with my family! Today I took my little brother out and the cashier by the name of Mallory had wonderful customer service and a beautiful smile. She made us feel very welcome.
Usually the staff is really friendly etc. I dont know what was wrong this night. But the young lady looked so irritated. My card got declined so I needed to transfer more funds so I asked her if I could move it to the side so she could help others. Anyways it seemed like she was not having it. At least i still paid and it wasn't wasted.. unfortunately My bank is not located at all in Oregon so I had to transfer more funds on my phone which probably took under 5min. I love this branch. There are always so many selections and toppings. I will drive here from Eugene. The place is always clean and tidy. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I love the tart yogurt even when I did not think I would. Salted Carmel is also a favorite. Stop in and give them a try.
