I've ordered quite a bit from here and i always add extra bacon to my #8. I have NEVER gotten extra bacon sometimes its just a piece even. I feel like of iam paying for it I should be getting it. I don't know why I keep adding it wishing they would apply it but I have never gotten it I don't understand why.

I really like Jersey Mike's in general. I grew up on the East Coast and subs were something I loved and we had so many small family owned ships to choose from. Still love good sandwiches and I think they deliver most of the time. I had the new roasted chicken and it was good but there was one problem with it. I always get Mike's Way and I have had this problem a few times. The bottom layer of the roll was soggy so much that I had to remove it and eat the sandwich open...

I don't understand how a plain old sub shop can get a bad rating, and I'm a little skeptical of the people who gave one star. It's just sandwiches. You're not going to get Michelin star service at a sub shop staffed by mostly young people making minimum wage. If you need someone to explain how to order it must be your first day on earth, so maybe you should lower your expectations before trying the local cuisine.
