The best McDonald's we've been to in a long while! We ordered on the app, for eat in. Entered our table number and our order showed up on a tray, complete as ordered. Employees were wiping counters and tables. A treat visiting this location!

The new setup at this McDonald’s is a mess. It took 25 minutes to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even hot. They didn’t include napkins and gave us only two ketchup packets for two 4-piece Happy Meals. I had to walk up and ask for every single basic item: napkins, straws, condiments, drink refills—you name it.
There’s no one stationed at the front counter, and the remodel has removed all napkin dispensers from every table and the rest of the self-serve options. Everything now runs through the kiosks, but there’s no support when you actually need something. It’s a terrible user experience.
The only upsides are the air conditioning and a decent play structure—but even that doesn’t make up for how frustrating this visit was. Hope they rethink how this place is run.

The staff here are the kindest, most accommodating people. We stopped here after our daughter threw up in the backseat, and they gave us two trash bags to clean up and for potential future needs. When our other daughter dropped her slushee on the floor, the gentleman behind the counter offered to get her a new one. Thank you for making a snafu in our trip a bit easier!

Had the worst experience at the drive through at this McDonald's. Unbeknownst to me, they were not actively taking orders in the lane I was stuck in. For each car in the inner lane they took an order for, they would take 5-7 orders in the other lane. And then they were out of fries by the tim It's worth driving to the other one across town.
