Every time I buy from this location, my order is always missing items. I rarely eat McDonald's in general, but I do enjoy their breakfast menu.
Today, (14th of Dec 2025) I ordered 2 SEC McMuffins, and 2 hash brown patties.
I did not receive one of my hash browns, and one of my McMuffins was missing the egg. I made no mention of any substitutions.
Previous missing items included but not limited to fries, cheeseburgers, and the previously mentioned breakfast items.
Again, I already do not patron McDonald's as a whole, but this specific location has lost my business indefinitely.

4 minutes before 10:30 wouldn’t take my order for a kids meal chicken nuggets even though the food I ended up ordering wasn’t even ready until after 10:30 am, ordered a diet coke, received a regular coke, the cashier acted like it was a complete bother to take an order, will drive to the other side of town to go to McDonalds won’t bother with this particular location it’s always a cluster

This place would be fine, your standard McDonald's fare, if it wasn't for the insanely ridiculous wait EVERY single time. 8am, four cars in line and we waited 20 minutes for 4 hash browns and a couple breakfast sandwiches. This is common. I don't think I've ever gone here when the waiting spots are not full. And this happens even when the drive through isn't busy at all. And it might make me feel better if the food was fresh by the time you got it 20 minutes later but most of the time the fries are clearly old. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly and nice. They just have to look into increasing staffing or something, hot dam those wait times.

horrible, ordered mobile order came to drive through to get it, it wasn’t 1am yet but 12:55 al i thought i could still pick up my order and i thought it would be done already as it was a mobile order and they had closed the restaurant and no headsets on before i got there at 12:55. i know it was late and close to closing but i thought it was have already been made??? before i arrived at 12:55 but nope and everything was shut off and nobody answered on the speaker.

Horrible service, I was just trying to get chicken nuggets for my daughter had to go through the drive through 3 × 2 get them to give me my order an hour later, I finally got what I paid for and the whole time.The employees gave me attitude absolutely ridiculous to wait an hour for a ten piece.Chicken nugget

We usually come here for our food, well tonight my mother and sister went to pick up our mobile order for the night, and because my mom's phone was acting up and couldn't show the manager on site (Mariah) the number of our order, Mariah just refused to give my mom the food we had already paid for and didn't give my mom a refund either. We will be contacting whoever is in charge of Mariah and reporting this.
It took forever to get our food, like 25 minutes or so. And they messed up a couple things on our order which was pretty basic. Just 2 regular meals and a happy meal. We added cheese and pickles to one sandwich; they missed that. As well as we asked about the pumpkin pies, the cashier said let me check, and came back to let us know there was 1 pumpkin left and 4 apples for the night, we said ok we will just take the one pumpkin... And go figure they put one of the apples in. Which obviously was not what we wanted. And instead of giving me the actual receipt for my order. I was given their DT slip which sucks because since I didn't use the app to order I wouldve been able to manually add the details with the actual receipt to my app to earn points but, I can't and it was a 40$ ish order so... Just a little frustrating and especially because they were literally not even busy. There was 1 car in front of me and when our food finally came, and while we were exiting another car had pulled into the DT and was ordering; so just pure lack of trying is what it seemed like. I am not trying to be rude or anything like that, I'm just was a little irritated about it all.

But employees were EXTREMELY rude in the middle of ordering in the drive threw I got cut off by the lady and she told me to just pull to the window and then looked at me confused when I said I was still trying to order! Then had the most ridiculous attitude ever while trying to cash me out!
