I like Panera but I think they should not have a traditional drive thru. It should be limited to mobile order pickup only like Chipotle. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if I have to wait in a long line of people who have to order and wait for their food. My food ended up sitting for 10 minutes longer than necessary just because I was stuck.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I worked at one of the first St. Louis Bread Co. locations while I was in high school in St. Louis, and not only was it a wonderful job, but they treated me incredibly well. The employees of this franchise deserve better than to be handing out this bread, not to mention the customers.
We all know about the quality, etc. changes. Such is life.
But this new bread portion size. And this is no mistake: portions went from 6 to 8, in addition to weight cuts. I asked.
You know what you did.
Don’t be like that. Find another way.
You’re already cutting so many corners on bread, and it’s in the name.
Please, if I may ask, if/when you fix the bread, please reply so I can delete this review.

I've been searching for a good cinnamon roll in Albany and saw that Panera has a cinnamon roll, so I decided to give it a try. Stopped by on my break and got one to go. The friendly cashier put the iced cinnamon roll in a bag and handed it to me and I went on my way. Back at the office, I opened up the bag and the icing was stuck to the bag. ? I managed to get it out of the bag with most of the icing but it was a mess to deal with. It tasted pretty good. Icing had a good flavor and texture and the cinnamon roll had the right amount of cinnamon. But honestly, it kinda felt/tasted like a Pillsbury cinnamon roll. ??♂️ Not bad, but not worth $5.

Ordered an avocado toast this morning and got this… presentation took a huge dip for me. Flavor was okay, not what I ordered or expected I guess.
The Food was great. The service was lacking. I walked up to the counter for question. I had to say something to be acknowledged.

Very poor customer service!!! So I went to go thru the drive up and I ordered 2 Garden Avo and egg white sandwiches…. I pulled forward and they gave me my order. I went to go park around the corner and what I pulled out of my bag what NOT the Garden Avo and Egg white sandwiches. It was a piece of bread with what looked like mayo on it , avocado and tomato… see picture below. So I had to go back thru thee line so they could remake them the correct way.. what is up?!

Met a friend for lunch. Service was quick. All of the staff was very friendly. I only had a vanilla latte. I would say that I've definitely had a better vanilla latte but also spoiled with an amazing selection in this area. Very clean dining room. Will definitely come again for quick lunch meetings.

It wasn't bad. Of course I thought it was a little expensive, but. More flavor and way better service than any one of the over rated, over priced, grease disc's of the namebrand burger joints.
