When I've gone into the store to pickup my order I've noticed the lady with tattoos (maybe the manager?) that is working is always extremely rude to her staff and can often be heard swearing behind the counter which I find extremely unprofessional. I have had this happen multiple times and have friends that have gone there and experienced the same thing.
Other than that, the pizza is always amazing and it's affordable. Most definitely my favorite pizza place anywhere nearby. Always tastes đ

This is the most underrated pizza in Albany. I have never received less than the best with fresh ingredients. Also the delivery driver was amazing. I have very reactive dogs and they where in and out like a ninja and my dogs had no idea!!!

I want to thank pizza now for being able to help us last minute, on Monday 11/24/2025 i was in a class and it was our last class and we were going to be having a pizza party after another restaurant screwed up we went to pizza now and while I'm sure it was stressful to get a order that big and in such short notice, I'm sure i can speak for all the attendees of the class that we are so grateful for your ability to accommodate so quickly. Good pan pizza at a great price. They have really good coupon deals. Pizza of the month. Lots of choices and unique combinations. Love the bbq/ranch dip. Worth the long drive. Iâm normally a NY style guy but this is great when you want something thicker

We swore off ordering from here last year because Every. Single. Time. They are âslammedâ. Doesnât matter the day of the week. Today I thought, well maybe if we order an hour ahead of time and ask that it be ready at a certain time (I had a narrow window in my schedule to pick it up), thereâs no way they could mess that up, right? Show up at 6:10 to a full lobby, have to wait five minutes or so. They find my order and look back to see that they havenât even started part of it. They guy mumbled an apology and said that they had been âslammedâ, and maybe in 10-15 minutes. Had to cancel my order and leave, and now weâre eating at 8:30 tonight because we had a school event to go to and couldnât grab dinner in the meantime. Itâs a major shame because we really do like the pizza and itâs a pretty good dealâŠbut the staff always seems incompetent and they just canât seem to manage to be remotely on time. Last year after the umpteenth time I was going to leave a review but decided that weâd just not return instead. Gave them one last chance tonight and justâŠwow. If you have time to sit around at least 10-30 minutes regardless of the time they tell you it will be ready, by all means itâs decent pizza and fairly pricedâŠbut I sincerely hope they can figure out a way to manage the dinner time âslammingâ that appears to happen eeeeevery single dayâŠ
For good quality and low prices, this pizza place is my number one choice! (And that's nearly every single Friday over the last 5 years!)
Rarely have I encountered a waiting time that far exceeds (30+ minutes after) the estimated time they give you after you place your order. Their customer service is always great, too. They offer take out and delivery. It is not a dine-in type of restaurant.

Called and ordered a combo (pepp, sausage, olives, onions, mushrooms, green pepper). Asked to replace the green pepper with extra olives. Got home with my order and there's no bell peppers as requested, but the same amount of olives as usual (so no extra), but also no mushrooms for some reason? And also a random piece of chicken on one of the slices? Come on guys, get it together, I've been coming here for years and this kind of stuff happens like 25% of the time lately. It's starting to convince me to go elsewhere. It was a Wednesday at 8pm and not even busy. I understand the occasional mistake due to being rushed on a Friday night or something, but this is getting ridiculous.
