I used to love pizza now. I have ordered from this location for the past eight years, some years at least once a week, and watched a steady decline in food quality and service. I typically spend 40-90 dollars. Today the online ordering reset on me three times. I've always known it to be super janky and outdated (why can't you add mushrooms? It used to be a veggie option. Now I have to order a pre designed pizza with mushrooms and minus all of the other ingredients. So weird!) but today, the website outdid itself. As I read other reviews, I'm not alone in the website issues.
Each time I replaced my order, it failed and started out at zero. FInally it went through. Despite it telling me that it was, as I indicated, delivery, it registered to the shop as pick up. But still charged fee and tip.
The food isn't good enough to pay what I pay and not get a simple online order right. I will not be using them again. If I have to do pick up anyway, little Caesars is cheaper and sadly, as of late, is of better quality.
I will not be coming back.

I love the wide option of choices however the online order was not working. Workers on phone were nice and ensured my order was accurate. I did not know the small pizza would be a square. I got the CBR and Easy Breezy both were awesome. The delivery guy was very rude and passive aggressive!!

Pizza can sometimes be inconsistent, but never bad. At worst, it's good. At best, it's amazing and really hits the spot when you need a pizza to go with your beer and edibles. Staff is always great, but can be cross when slammed (this is not a criticism, they work their asses off and I can't blame them for being human - just a heads up in case you hit a rush).

Almost everything SINGLE time my husband and I get food from here the pizza is not cooked all the way, always doughy! There has been a handful of times were the pizza was actually cooked all the way. This last time they said our food would be done in thirty minutes, we get there and they tell us it's still not done. Finally, after an hour we got our food ? Needless to say, this will be my last time getting food from Pizza Now.
The service was good. And the delivery was pretty fast too. I've had their pizza plenty of times before and it's always been good but this time around I ordered a medium combo and it's the worst I've had yesterday, it's tasteless and dry and has practically no marinara sauce on it. And that's disappointing... Probably won't order again for awhile

I order Pizza Now online tonight for dinner. I ordered a large meat trio pizza with mushrooms and olives, a large taco pizza, bread sticks, and cinnabread. I completed and paid for my order and received an email letting me know that the restaurant had received my order and that it would be completed and ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I had to stop and get drinks before I picked up our order, so it took me a little longer than the 15 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later, thinking my order was done, I was informed that they were waiting on my order of cinnabread and it would be 10-15 minutes. I noticed that all of the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, looking dishelved and overwhelmed. I could see that they seemed to be busy so I just shrugged my order not being ready to maybe an sudden increase in orders and went to my truck to wait. 15 minutes later, I returned to pickup my order and waited while multiple employees walked right by me, looked at me and didn't say a word. Finally someone came up and asked me if they could help me. I told them my name and that I was waiting for my order which should be done by now since I had previously been waiting on cinnabread. They went back to grab my order and a few minutes later came back and told me that it would be done in about 15 minutes and that they were just waiting on bread sticks. Finally, almost an hour and a half after placing my order, waiting almost 40 minutes at the store, which I was sad to see was dirty and lacking the atmosphere that it once had, I was given my order and left. When I got home and was getting ready to eat, the pizzas were no longer warm, the cinnabread was undercooked and looked like it was barely warmed up, but the order of bread sticks were awesome. I used to love Pizza Now as it was my go to and only Pizza joint in town that I would go to or recommend to everyone. I am sad to say that I am probably not going to be ordering from them for awhile and will probably be giving some of the pizza joints over in Corvallis more of my recommendations and business.
