Don't try to place an order for delivery one second after 8:30 because they won't take the order and if you call back two minutes later to place the order as a pickup/carryout they won't answer the phone. I hope the owner likes losing business! Its more like pizza never!

I’m disappointed, first that we called they took our order even told us the total, we show up to get our pre ordered order.. and they have no such record of this order. Don’t even acknowledge the phone conversation. We usually like the food, that’s not the issue. But the servers act like they’re all high on something and the store is overdue for some tlc, dare I say new employees or at least drug screens. They caused us a lot of headaches today and we won’t be picking them first any longer.

HEADS UP YALL!! if yall want my full honest review about this place?? .... we'll if I would be honest I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole!! The quality of the food has definitely got worse and the staff especially when I order after 6 I always try to order before than ahead of time but I'm honestly just done the last time I was there I walked into lobby and it reeked of nasty rotten food and always gets my pizzas wrong idk whats going on that place but it is tanking yall!! I maybe give that place another year maybe?and during the evening the staff Is extremely rude and don't even get me started how much of a jungle gym that place is being ran its a joke yall!! Just saying no wonder there is a high turn over rate at that place people who work there i take it doesn't last very long I'm assuming it's a mess staff wise honestly so just wanted to warn yall for me personally I'm done contributing to place where the staff is rude pizza had Way to much of toppings and the dough is never cooked in the middle?? Not worth my $$$ !!

I've gotten pizza now for about a decade probably and I've always been a fan of Pizza Now. It's been a cheap and tasty last minute dinner for me especially as my family has grown.
Something has changed over the past couple years. For starters, quality control of the pizza has been all over the board.
One time I got a super thin pizza crust that didn't rise properly.
Patiently went back and got a good pizza.
Next time another bad pizza.
Then the staff began to not complete order.
Go in and get three pizzas in a quick time.
Next time they miss a pizza....so they say they will make...whoops we sent that pizza with another order we will make another. Meanwhile my other pizzas sit in the warmer for an hour with no offer of any sort of refund.
Went back again timing was ok this time.
Went back again and they missed a pizza again. I wait again with my 17 dollars combo sitting in the warmer for almost an hour while they make the missed cheese pizza for the kids. I see a half dozen people come in and go out still waiting on my cheese pizza. Again no offer of any compensation. I finally demanded a refund and left.
All good things come to and end and I fear that time has come for Pizza Now.

Online ordering is entirely non functional. They don't answer the phones. You have to place an order in-store and then wait, it kinda defeats the purpose of 'pizza now'. Great pizza though

For the price of the pizza I have to say it's the best pizza in Albany. The porky pizza is the best and always tastes fresh.
