2 of us in for lunch at 11:00 a.m. celebrating a work anniversary, the other along for the visit as we drove 90 minutes for this Sizzler to enjoy malibu chicken. I ordered double Malibu and added a salad bar. My guest was not very hungry and opted for a side of FF and a beverage. Our bill was $56 and some change... I called manager with no reply... then wrote manager with no reply. Used to eat at Albany Sizzler quite often, and over the past three years cut back to about five times with three of them screwing up. They do nothing to correct mistake or make it worth a persons complaints. Like giving a free meal of discount. My food took almost a half an hour to get to me (and they were far from busy.) And they completely forgot about our bread. The waiter never checked on us, cleared our plates, or anything. Most of the food from the salad bar tasted as though it was from a can or a jar.
