Restaurant inside and outside was absolutely filthy and it was freezing cold. Received my order and literally everything on it that I had modified was wrong. The lady also gave us a slushie with everything mixed in it and we specifically asked for Baja blast. Will definitely not be returning.

this has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to. FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES I’ve gone my food has been cold, hard, missing items, wrong items. Not sure who’s working here but maybe you should look for a different job!
At least 2 food handlers needed hair nets, no one let me pay for over 30 minutes and the kiosk setup is a f. JOKE.

The whole lobby was full of people waiting for pickup orders, trying to get orders fixed, people with missing items, and delivery people washing to pick up orders. Meanwhile people visibly sitting in the back of the restaurant playing on phones not helping out. I was waiting on a for dash order for 30+ min. Even called the restaurant. Girl in back wouldn't answer the phone. She interrupted the only person working and made him answer the phone. What's with people these days? No customer service and no one actually wants to work and do their job. Pathetic!
