Constantly taking things off Uber eats, always forgetting to put items in a BOX THAT SPECIFICALLY STATES WHAT GOES INTO THE BOX. Rocket science for these people.

Would love to give this location zero stars. Paid at the kiosk inside and waited almost an hour for the food. No help from anyone or explanation on what was taking so long and when I went to pay with cash for the order 50 minutes after placing the order they didn’t even refund it or do anything about it. If you stood at the counter for help they would just look at you. The people with us got their order 30 minutes sooner which was missing stuff of course. Don’t come here if you want anything close to FAST food. Never eating here again.

Love the people such a fun and open environment service is quick even when It was busy along with that the combo wasn’t in the screen when I tried to order so they specifically made the combo for me I devoured my food this all that’s left

I had a steak burrito, and it was cooked perfectly. I was surprised how good it was. We got our food quickly . The restaurant was clean, well lit and had a nice atmosphere.

Lady that works the window at night is awful. I go here maybe once every two weeks and for the last two months she always messes up the order, forgets a straw for a FROZEN DRINK and is completely rude

Over the past few years, the number of times they've messed up my order has gone from occasionally to almost every time. Sometimes, it's something small, like forgetting to remove a sauce I specifically asked them to leave off. Other times, it's worse, like not giving me half of what I ordered. The other location isn't any better. Honestly, I'm just done. It's getting exhausting.

They managed to place one, lonely piece of steak in my entire steak grilled cheese burrito. And about two spoonfuls of rice. Probably for the best, keeps me from eating too much. The drive through guy was nice though.
