Ordered online to pick up in drive through. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through, and then waited another 5+ minutes at the window for my food that was supposed to be already done and ready to go. Get my food, finally, just to open it up to what looks like a toddler put my order together. What a mess and the sloppiest burritos, chicken enchilada burrito missing the CHICKEN. What a complete failure. Don't be a sucker and waste your lunch break waiting like I did.

The last 3 times I went there they've forgotten at least 1 item I ordered. Ordered through the app, so I know the order was put in right. And the drive thru always has a line, so be prepared to wait a bit to get your food.

Traveling decided to stop and get Taco Bell.. 31 minutes (litterally pulled into drive thru line @407pm 12/14/25 left 438pm) get 10 miles down the road to discover completely wrong food. At this point im tired and not turning around. Worker at window was not friendly at all. Will never go to this location again

Both of the times i’ve been here i’ve waited well over half an hour. this time ive been waiting an hour and still waiting. there’s multiple other customers in the store getting very frustrated as they have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time aswell. this store needs new management asap

Took an hour to get food with three cars ahead of me in drive thru. And the guy was rude, yelling at customers in front of me about something. He kept asking if I wanted sauce and then proceeded to tell me they were out of sauce. Clown show!!!
The food is good, but ALWAYS look before you leave the drive thru. We've had orders messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. They offered to correct, but if you'realready gone, its not worth going back. The one in South Albany is the best Taco Bell of the two.
