Coffee and staff are good. Food is subpar dry and tasteless scones and muffins bagels and cake pops are ok. Switched to Starbucks as food selection amazing and tasty .

They’re great! Coffee is consistent and the staff is always friendly. They do charge a small fee for a pup cup but make it extra special with a treat in it! Always try to go here when I need a treat.

I have been coming to the Hill Street location for the last couple years and I never know if it’s going to be good or not. Last time I came, I gave them a big tip and they totally hooked me up and were so nice. Today I came through for a medium granita which I think is a bit overpriced at $4.75, and the girl asked me if I wanted whip cream. I said yes and then I tipped, which honestly I feel like for granita, you’re just pouring it out of a machine it’s premade you don’t really need a tip, but I did leave a tip and she forgot the whip cream! So when she handed it to me, I was like, “hey, I asked for whip cream” and she laughed and said, “I always forget,” so I just said “that’s all right.” I kind of expected it actually. I might try a different location next time. Or just not tip. I will say that their granita is super good!

I drove all the way over to the Hill St SE Human Bean and asked them to remake a messed up order from the Pacific location. They were perfectly polite and apologized for the error. They remade the drinks and they tasted fantastic! I wish I had asked the man's name who help us. He was so nice and the 3 girls he was with were so friendly and cheerful it really made us not feel so bad about the prior drinks. Thank you so much!

The drinks taste good and they have a nice selection of sizes. I appreciate that their large size isn’t just all ice.They give a free chocolate coated coffee bean with the coffees.They have some satisfying food options. I recommend the chorizo breakfast sandwich.It’s a place where you drive up, grab coffee, and leave. No reason to stick around, but it’s in a big parking lot if you do need to stop and rest.

Look I know lattes are like 60% milk but they should taste at least a little like coffee. Got the same drink at the human bean in salem and it was way better
