I ordered the new electric berry drink and it came out alright, but the customer service was quite bad. Everyone there was chatting and making conversation, rather than the drinks. Then when I had received my drink (watered down) after a bit of waiting the girl just shoved it in my car window insinuating that I HAVE BEEN THE ONE TAKING MY SWEET TIME. No customer should receive any dirty looks when paying. I usually don’t leave reviews but this was ridiculously rude.

Horrible service from the girl at the window. I asked to do my reward points when ordering and was told I had to do it at the window. The girl took my payment and I asked to do my rewards then and was told it's to late we aren't allowed to insert after payment. I am a regular at the Lebanon location and get great service there, but I will not be going to Albany again. I went there also last week and they messed our order up completely. Normally I'm one to work with people and give them the benefit of the doubt. But the girl at the window was very rude, so we will not be recommending this location nor returning to it.

Love the girls there every time I go. Always makes me feel so welcomed but a couple times, the guy I’ve had an interaction with I didn’t love. He needs to have better customer service and also he didn’t make sure I wanted to add my rewards to my app. I missed out on points for three drinks because he just scanned my payment and gave me my drinks then told me have a good day. He didn’t make me feel welcomed honestly. But love the girls they are so sweet and kind.

Coffee and staff are good. Food is subpar dry and tasteless scones and muffins bagels and cake pops are ok. Switched to Starbucks as food selection amazing and tasty .
