Been going to Bobablastic for a while now. We order our food from the taco truck next door which is decent for the most part, service and food are consistent. My kids always think they want a drink from Bobablastic because they remember what the quality once was... The last three times we've been here it's only gotten worse. They are also consistent, consistently getting worse in quality and service. Tonight August 7th, 8:40pm we ordered three drinks and they were flavorless watered down tainted blended ice water and with very limited boba. I went to the window to communicate my dissatisfaction with the drinks and the punk running this rundown stand thought the best course of action was to argue with me. No respect for paying customers. I asked for my drinks to be remade and he said I had already drank from them. I asked for my money back and he said they don't do refunds. I was robbed of $25 and treated like a criminal. The last two people I delt with here were just as unpleasant and equally poor at their jobs they applied to. DO NOT GO HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I just got a hotdog for $7. It was a Costco Hotdog with a cold bun that was not toasted. There were no fries or chips. I'm very disappointed.

There was a lot of hair on my tapioca boba today, I’m very disappointed because I’ve never had this problem and it’s honestly just very disgusting. I unfortunately won’t be returning since they don’t seem to follow standard protocol on being clean and serve good product.

This is one of my granddaughters favorite places to go.
Didn’t like the boba at all. Flavor tastes very artificial, and it’s too watery and sugary. The boba is soggy and soft which feels gross. Not coming back.

The employees are nice, but the 3 times I've gone I've been disappointed each time. The boba is always kinda soggy and the milk tea has very mild flavoring, mostly just tastes like regular milk and sugar.

Not much flavor. I bought my granddaughter a strawberry boba and when we were driving home, she told me there was no boba in her drink. We went back and got a new one made the right way. The guy was actually nice about it tho.
