La's is about a 45-minute drive from NE Portland, so I don't get out here every day. But anytime I need stuffed chicken wings or homemade Hmong sausage, I check her Instagram to see whether she's open and make the drive out. Also, the papaya salad is super fresh!
Everything here is absolutely phenomenal!! The food, drinks, service was 10/10. My favorite was their house made sausage, sticky rice and spicy pepper sauce. Grab some friends and relax under the shared seating area. Will be visiting again when I'm back in Oregon!

You can definitely tell that the Hmong sausage is home made. The sausages that I would get while I was living at California tasted nothing like this. I love that you can taste the herbs much more in the Hmong sausages. The stuffed chicken wings did not disappoint as well. The papaya salad tasted fresh, pungent, and spicy.
