The employees are nice, but the 3 times I've gone I've been disappointed each time. The boba is always kinda soggy and the milk tea has very mild flavoring, mostly just tastes like regular milk and sugar.
Not much flavor. I bought my granddaughter a strawberry boba and when we were driving home, she told me there was no boba in her drink. We went back and got a new one made the right way. The guy was actually nice about it tho.
The dipped strawberries and cheesecake could have been better. The chocolate was bland and the strawberries were frozen and unflavorful. The cheesecake kinda tasted like banana. However, the boba tea was pretty good. I got the brown sugar milk tea. So yummy. They even let me sample the crystal boba. Those were delicious.
