I'm genuinely baffled at how badly they messed up my food.
I ordered two chicken quesadillas and both of them came with actual jalapeños on them instead of the standard jalapeño sauce. I double checked my order and I didn't make any mistakes when I selected extra sauce. They were also super burned on one side.
My soft tacos were actually correct but the tortillas were hard and brittle like they were stale. Gross. My stomach hurts.
I tried to get a refund but Uber Eats has notoriously awful customer service, so I called this Taco Bell directly. I asked for a manager and she claimed she couldn't refund it herself (which I know isn't true, other restaurants can) and told me to call back tomorrow between 12 and 2 to talk to the general manager.
I asked why only a two hour window and then she changed her story and said that I'd need to come in, in person, to get my money back. I ordered on Uber Eats because I don't have a car, so that is MASSIVELY inconvenient. I dropped like $30 getting this crap delivered though, so I guess I'll need to find the time.
TL;DR: their food is trash and so is their customer service. Go to literally any other Taco Bell. Tbh you'd be better off just eating out of a dumpster.
Location north of here is much better, this one makes all their food badly and sometimes have bad attitudes

One star review for ripping hungry people off. I feel kind of bad posting this review because there are a couple of really awesome employees there. There’s a young girl that is always super sweet to me. I’ll have to ask her name so that I can exclude her from his review and then there’s another wonderful man who is always in the drive-through just as a perfect job. But oh my word. Beyond that I think that there’s somebody in the back pulling practical jokes on the drive-through orders ha ha!! Look at this taco!! Consistency please!!!!!! I ❤️ Taco Bell!!!

Waited in the drive through for a long time & ordered. I got the incorrect order, over charged by a big amount went inside got a refund and still got the incorrect order. Total amount of time was over 1.5 hours. They refunded the amount and re did the ordered and then the manager lost my card? Not mentioning the amount of staff they had to fix the issue and lastly how full of upset customers they had with similar situations. Some were never attended while some have been waiting for almost 2 hours ? Insane…..

The management at this store is the worst, they left 2 teenagers up front to deal with a rush and a lobby full of people. It seems they lack communication and training. The only person who was able to help was a lil Hispanic girl running the drive thru. Keep in mind this was after 50 minutes of waiting in their lobby. Everyone else on shift looked either high or lost

I got chewed out and an angry face to me cause I didn't tell her my code first. another day,i couldn't get on the internet to give her the code first, while trying to load to the internet SHE aready took my rder and ended my order before I couldn't say anything else or do anything else,i also got chewed out then as well. It really should be a zero today. I'm just human.

Tacos, burritos, and churro twists, oh my! This is a generous place - when you request three sauce packets they give you nine. I’ve been here 20 times and I will continue to return.
