My new favorite food truck! I went looking for a new place to eat on Monday and found 503Hibachi. I had the steak and my wife had the chicken, both with fried rice. So good! The guys were honest about the 25 minute wait, but it was worth it! For the next few days I was craving it again, so we went back on Friday (today). This time I called ahead so there was less wait. The steak was so good and I love dipping the steak in the orange sauce I got.I got chicken for my husband and he loves it too. But he is allergic to mirin ?We will get him something else next time ?

Delicious food with real taste. Their sauces are stupid good. Try them all! I order the shrimp Yakisoba which is not their real specialty... But man it was one of the best I've ever tried ? so I can't imagine how good their steak and chicken hibachi must be . I'll come back for sure!
