Delicious food with real taste. Their sauces are stupid good. Try them all! I order the shrimp Yakisoba which is not their real specialty... But man it was one of the best I've ever tried ? so I can't imagine how good their steak and chicken hibachi must be . I'll come back for sure!

My new favorite food truck! I went looking for a new place to eat on Monday and found 503Hibachi. I had the steak and my wife had the chicken, both with fried rice. So good! The guys were honest about the 25 minute wait, but it was worth it! For the next few days I was craving it again, so we went back on Friday (today). This time I called ahead so there was less wait. But I would wait again because it was so good. Great flavor, steak was perfectly cooked, fried rice was to die for, veggies were on point. Staff was super cool and chill. Really made us feel welcomed and wanted to make sure we were taken care of.We were stuffed but still made room for a last minute spring roll.We WILL BE BACK!!!Much love and appreciation.
Serving size could be bigger, especially for the pricepoint. Not enough noodles.

My partner and I shared a plate of the Chicken and Steak on Chicken Fried Rice. When they say the plate is heavy, they were not kidding. It was HUGE. Also hands down the best food truck food we've ever gotten.We are from Victoria, BC and the food here is so good we've actually considered driving up for the day just to have some. Can't recommend enough!

BETTER THAN RESTAURANT. I was a chef for 7 years and let me tell you, the quality and flavors are astounding. It is well worth the price. Vegetables are delicious with their own flavor profile, the chicken fried rice had that wok flavor so you know it's real, and my steak had the best flavor and was cooked to perfection. The chef even showed me my food before he handed it to me. My wife got the shrimp and scallops, the scallop was cooked perfectly, not chewy and tough, which is difficult to do, and it also means it was cooked to order which is what we love most. The sauces added a little extra flavors to each bite. Don't miss out on the 503 sauce with your steak!

Such delicious food! I got the double protein with chicken and steak, ate half for dinner, then fried it up again for breakfast with scrambled eggs - SO GOOD! I ordered the Habachi Shrimp. You will not find better quality than this!The shrimp are good size and cooked perfect! The fried rice is a must have with this meal. The flavor hits just right!The sauce they give you is almost like a ginger soy sauce, this is also very good.Everything about my lunch today was exactly what I needed.The staff here is second to NOONE!They are extremely friendly and want to earn your business.I will definitely be eating here again.Thank you 503Hibachi!

I've been to a lot of hibachi restaurants in none of the restaurants compared to this food truck. It was amazing they'll taste as a meat was on point. The sauces were great. I can't wait until next time. I'm in the area to try the chicken. But I will definitely be having the stake in shrimp again. It was amazing like I said the flavor was great. Really good flavor better than any hibachi restaurant. I've been to an. I've been to a lot and this service was great. They have soda. Water in a couple other drinks. They have lots of different options. They all come with rice or noodles and vegetables
