I loved Agave! I definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Parking Parking wasn't hard to find, they have their own parking lot in the back and also street parking. Ambiance It is cute and kind of small. Service The service was fast and friendly. Food I tried the chips and guacamole and the red enchiladas with a side of refried beans and rice. The chips were so fresh, crunchy and perfectly fried and the guacamole was thick and fresh - both were perfect. The enchiladas were so good too! The chicken was nice and tender and the tortillas were so soft and soaked up that amazing red sauce perfectly. The refried beans and rice were both soft and savory. Overall You should definitely try this restaurant!

This is a cozy little Mexican spot that does everything well. Great smoked green chili salsa with thin chips. Muy delicioso!

The coin margs are delish. Cute taco spot right next to the tea house. Open air patio in the summer next to the creek

Tacos Al Pastor, Chips and Salsa (ask for the special kitchen habanero based salsa if you like HOT). It's delish!

Came here for appetizers and tried their ceviche. It was not very busy, only one other group. Was quickly served. They have a long list of typical Mexican food.Nice ambiance with paintings inside the restaurant. It’s well located in the city center with plenty of parking.

Worst Mex I've ever had :( No free chips with steep tag. Hate to complain but it was bad

Fantastic food, fantastic service, and a lovely atmosphere that reminded us of time we've spent closer to the border. Ordered the agave bowl, chips and guac, and a couple tacos, and we weren't disappointed by any of it. In fact, the homemade salsas were some of the best we've ever had. Hard to believe anyone could eat here and give it less than 5 stars. Thanks for doing it the right way! Your love of food and culture is apparent in every bite. <3

I paid six dollars for taco that is the exact same size but not as flavorful as what I get for two dollars in Medford. If you’re willing to pay $25-$30 to get full on tacos, then this is probably the best Ashland has to offer but if I were you I would make the trek to Medford.

We discovered this gem of a restaurant two months ago and we've become regulars. Their carnitas and carne asada are excellent whether in tacos or burritos. The service is friendly and prompt, and the decor is quite cute, featuring art from a local artist. C'mon, it's Ashland. It'd be weirder if they didn't have local art. We will eventually try everything on the menu. Once we get tired of the carnitas and carne asada. Might take a while.

Almost 6 months later, and my friends and I still think about the Tacos and amazing service we had at Agave. We were tourists from Canada and were treated with so much kindness and warmth from the staff. Tony especially was always the best to come in and say hi to! We had lunch here one day had the tacos and had to come back for lunch and dinner the next. Three meals here and it’s safe to say no tacos back in BC could ever compare. Thank you amazing staff, thank you Tony. We hope to come back down to oregon one day. We miss your amazing hospitality and food! ?

Terrible food! I ordered the green chicken enchilada with rice and beans. The food wasn’t hot. The beans were very runny. The chicken in the enchilada had a lot of gristle. My mother ordered the green chicken tamale and it was dry and bland. In fact, everything was very bland and had no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I really don’t understand how this place ever got rated as the best Mexican food in Ashland. What a joke. Also, the waitress kept giving us weird looks whenever we asked her questions. It was.. strange. The atmosphere is simple and needs spicing up, just like their food.
