We went for happy hour and were super happy with all the dishes and the cocktails. We got the fried chicken, beet salad, kale Cesar salad, and the rigatoni. All were good but the rigatoni and beet salad were my favorite!

We ordered a salad, shrimp cocktail, burrata and the 42 dollar pasta. Everything came out ok but we never got our pasta. Had to ask for it and they said they are “platting it now”. Took another 20 minutes and I got overcooked shrimp, lobster and boxed pasta. No clams. Not sure if it was the kitchen or the expeditor who seemed not to know what was happening as the table next us never received their burger. And then, could not get or check. Asked for it eventually but had to walk up and ask someone to grab it.

Food is fantastic Cocktails are wonderful and the bartenders know how to make a great martini We hit the restaurant late on a very busy night and our options sold out. One pasta dish had the wrong pasta and the second did not arrive. Timing of everything was slow.
Would definitely give a second shot due to the food quality.

Christmas Christmas Eve the place was packed I thought to myself wow how are they gonna handle all this food being prepared. And the food come out on time. It was absolutely delicious. The Crudo was some of the best I ever had. The chicory salad was off the hook and the seafood pasta was incredible.
I travel often love to eat good quality food. This was basically and virtually a perfect meal. Everything was spectacular.

Best happy hour in Ashland period! The fried chicken is something special. I'm usually a thigh guy but these breasts are amazing. Awesome fries, $4, and $2 quality draft beers, are you kidding me?! "Chicken breasts and beer, my three favorite things."💥🙌🏼

Our salad never came, even after a polite reminder that we were still waiting for it.
The petit filet was small but delicious and tender and flavorful.
We were disappointed with the scallops (5 small) plated on a strong sauce with capers that overwhelmed the scallops. And that was it. A tiny serving of scallops on some sauce.

Really love Bar Juliet! Quickly becoming my favorite spot in Ashland. The service was wonderful and each dish was beautifully plated and delicious. The cocktail menu is super interesting and well executed. The music curation could improve and lighting a bit too bright. I’d suggest to dim the lights and add candles to the tables. I’ll be back :)

Wow, all around excellent. Even post Shakespeare festival this was one of the liveliest spots in Ashland. The aesthetic is fantastic. The food is creative, delicious and overall just superb. I sat at the bar and the bar tenders Julianna, Peggy, and Berend were super friendly and gave me some good local tips (such as visiting acid castle). I recommend eating here at least twice because there are so many good things in the menu. Also, if you're reading this and you have any influence over the Oregon Shakespeare festival, you should totally give Juliana a part. She clearly has what it takes.
Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options if you included the appetizers.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday at Bar Juillet on a chilly mid-October evening. We were dressed for the weather and elected to sit outside on the balcony, which the staff went above and beyond to accommodate, even though nobody else was out there. Our server, Grace, made the night truly memorable.
From the start, Grace was attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She expertly guided us through our options and highly recommended the seafood tower, which comes with a bottle of cava. Her presentation of the cava was flawless, adding a celebratory touch to the evening.
What made the night even more special was Grace's thoughtful attention to detail. Knowing it was my wife’s birthday, she surprised her with a slice of cake complete with a candle.
Grace’s professionalism and care made a cold night feel warm and personal. Would definitely return when we’re back in town.

Delicious. The filet had the best slightly charred crust while remaining super tender and flavorful. The fried chicken is a big bowl with about 3 chicken breasts cut in half, the crunchiest batter, and super good sauce. The flourless cake had a great slight crust. The fries were great. The focaccia was good but with too much ricotta for me, which is a great problem to have because I just scraped some off. Reasonable prices for a fancier restaurant.
