We go here often. Great food, great service and atmosphere. The owners are great people. One time my wife injured her foot and she came for a pickup and they suggested bringing it out to her car. Very considerate and kind and I've never forgotten it.
I live in Medford and will make the trip to Al's for their burgers. Char broiled, real freah sliced onion, Lettuce and tomatoes. No fake cheese here, off the block Yummm. Highly recommend ?
Big Al brought out to our table a great Strawberry milkshake that reminded me of when I was a kid. For a refurbed drive-in burger bar, it was cool to have all the classics on the menu PLUS some fantasic Mexican options. Nice but not fancy, good prices and food made by people who care about the quality.
