Big Al’s has a special vibe. From the minute you step foot in the door, you can see from the memorabilia and the menu that this place has been around for a while, and it has its very own personality. Is it upscale? No. It is modern? Also no. But it speaks to who Big Al’s is in the community and what they serve to the people who come here. So far everything I've gotten from there did not disappoint, the Grizzly burger reminded me of a burger joint in Cali where i grew up. Easily drive from medford to Ashland for a burger!
I don't think it would be a stretch to say this is probably one of the best burger places in the Rogue Valley. It's a pretty simple setup but the ingredients they use seem really fresh. Bit of a strange decoration theme but that doesn't matter when they serve food this great.
