It was AMAZING!! I went there with a group of 7 and the service was amazing even with the back to back orders with us having seperate orders and other people also coming and ordering. The food itself was FANTASTIC! I got a burrito and the price was great for the size of it. My entire group absolutely LOVED the food. I would recommend trying the food here to anyone visiting Ashland.

AWESOME! The food is always great! Its a simple menu, done right! The service is next level though! I have allergies plus I'm a vegan. In this area and this point in time its hard to find places willing to, or better have options for someone like me. However, Brynn, a specialist that works at burrito republic. Not only does she go OUT of her way to make sure I get what I need. She also has answers to any and all of my questions about specifics. This is important and very rare. Thank you Brynn! for the outstanding service and thank you Burrito Republic for the great food!

Burrito Republic is right in the heart of downtown Ashland. Closed to Lithia Park. No inside seating, just their kitchen, but you could take your food and picnic in Lithia Park, which is amazing! Great & friendly service, quality ingredients. Huge burritos, all types of burritos (vegetarian too), and I LOVE their queso and homemade chips. Yum! My favorite. Very fresh, and all things are made in-house. Quality and freshness is Burrito Republic in Ashland.

Lovely little window hole in the wall to grab a burrito and eat it while walking around before or after a show. This is basically a cheaper and far superior chipotle style burrito that is also a bigger portion. Really recommend.

My husband and I tried these burritos for the first time and I can't believe we've visited Ashland a dozen times and not once got a burrito here before. We were a bit skeptical as it's it's easy to miss, just a little hole in the wall. I ordered a Chicken Mole burrito and my husband got the Adobo Chicken burrito and oh..my...god...these are absolutly hands down the BEST burritos we have ever had and she was so quick to make them too! 100% will recommend and will be coming back!

Step up to the window and create your burrito! Was bummed there wasn't a steak/beef choice, but shredded chix and pork are options . Delicious and big! Lots of choices on everything to create what you prefer.

The food is delicious! We add double meat to burritos and extra sauce, they give you many options. The burritos are huge! Easily get 3 or four meals from one. We love the shredded pork the best. Yummy!
