Burrito Republic is right in the heart of downtown Ashland. Closed to Lithia Park. No inside seating, just their kitchen, but you could take your food and picnic in Lithia Park, which is amazing! Great & friendly service, quality ingredients. Huge burritos, all types of burritos (vegetarian too), and I LOVE their queso and homemade chips. Yum! My favorite. Very fresh, and all things are made in-house. Quality and freshness is Burrito Republic in Ashland.
Lovely little window hole in the wall to grab a burrito and eat it while walking around before or after a show. This is basically a cheaper and far superior chipotle style burrito that is also a bigger portion. Really recommend.
My husband and I tried these burritos for the first time and I can't believe we've visited Ashland a dozen times and not once got a burrito here before. We were a bit skeptical as it's it's easy to miss, just a little hole in the wall. I ordered a Chicken Mole burrito and my husband got the Adobo Chicken burrito and oh..my...god...these are absolutly hands down the BEST burritos we have ever had and she was so quick to make them too! 100% will recommend and...
