The salad and bread were fabulous and the spaghetti bolognese is fantastic. I haven't had this good of Italian food in a very long time. My staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

Absolutely one of the best meals, flavor- and value-wise, since we arrived in Oregon! We're sad we're only in Ashland for one night or lasagna would be our plan for tomorrow. We HIGHLY recommend!

5 stars all around! Everything about Carlito's was excellent! All of our food was so flavorful and fresh. The iced tea was fresh - nice and strong (my fav). The service was welcoming and fast. And great ambiance too. We'll definitely be back!
