“We attended a large party at the beginning of January which was catered by AGC. The food was delicious and perfectly presented buffet-style. It is so rare to have everything in a chafing dish look and taste as if it had just been prepared minutes before: the vegetables were bright, flavorful, not over seasoned and still with a little crunch. The salmon and the chicken were moist, the salad - freshly tossed -was perfectly dressed and complemented the rest of the meal very nicely. It was a wonderful dinner. And the staff were kind, attentive, discrete and professional. I would highly recommend Ashland Gourmet Catering to anyone who enjoys good food, good service and wants a night off from cooking!“
