We were here for our first time, walked in at around 8 pm. The female was nice, I ordered a steak bowl, the lettuce looked gross when they put it on my bowl (like wilted) it was messy inside the building and food was in the sour cream, most of the tables were dirty and wet. I was barely given rice and bean portions. There's no way this was a normal amount. The food was also cold.
My steak was unedible. Extremely chewy and hard like a rock. I took photos. We tried to chew it but couldn't, literally all my meat was this way. Idk why it looked so dry too but the rest of my bowl was fine. I'm not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. My kids had the kids chicken tacos with chips (only 5 chips inside the bag). Otherwise no other issues with their food. It could be cleaner here and something was wrong with the steak.
And we've never been to this location, we usually go to Medford's Chipotle. We were just passing through Ashland and needed a quick bite.

Staff are unaware or untrained on policy food safety practices like getting a new container for allergy customers. Staff handled food containers without gloves, and tried multiple times to put only a sprinkle of a topping that was running low rather than getting a new container. I had to directly ask them for both allergy precautions before stopping them from continuing to serve out of the salsa that I could see corn and cheese cross contamination in. Staff tried to refuse to grab a new container when lettuce ran out, serving sizes once measured at home were disappointing and not accurate to the brand standard as stated

Just ordered a chicken bowl. The server placed a small amount of chicken in the bowl. I said “that’s it for the chicken” and he said “yes it’s 4 ounces.” There is no way it was 4 ounces. So of course I went home and got the scale out. Oh and the food was cold.

Food tasted like chipotle is supposed to and was ready quickly. Staff were certainly pleasant enough for a 10pm visit. Can't relate to the reviews from opening night; as far as chipotle experiences go, this is the blueprint.

i ordered a bowl with brown rice , black beans and pinto beans . The food was iced cold and the portions was horrible . My friend ordered a vegan burrito it was iced cold . All the food innthe burrito was iced cold and the burrito shell was not cook at all. This resturant is horrible.. it should be shut down . Did you know Chipotle is owned by mcdonalds. Learn how to cook food , serve people hot food and give people what they pay for..

The food is pretty tasty but it's not worth the hassle. If you need to change an order in any way, they make you order it again and contact their customer support line, which is a nightmare to deal with and has of course been outsourced to another country. I will support a local business next time like I should have in the first place.
