The service here is incredibly bad! After coming here for over a decade my partner and I were treated horribly last night by the host and kitchen staff, all for wanting a refund on our cold, stale pizza.
Thanks Creekside for the wonderful food throughout the years, but your kitchen staff should learn not to be, quote, “pissed off” at customers who receive stale pizzas. The host made it incredibly clear that the kitchen staff were upset with us. The moment we asked for a refund it turned incredibly hostile and we were interrogated on how many bites we took out of it. Such weird behavior from a place I thought was chill.

They will straight up ignore you to your face if you come in alone. All I wanted was to eat after work and they made me wait half an hour for a single slice while i saw big parties come in after get their food before me. I left feeling insignificant and unimportant because i didnt drop $100+ on pizza staff is totally condescending and rude but i guess you can expect that from anywhere in Ashland.

I genuinely love this place- the pizza, atmosphere are awesome. Service though has never been perfect but it didn't stop us from coming back. The last visit we ordered two lunch specials (a slice of pizza and salad)and other things. The food came out and she gave us one special. When we asked where the other was she said that she put in for just a slice of pizza. Three people at the table said "but we ordered the lunch special." She then proceeds to say that she can get us that but she would have to charge us. Frustrated we said again "but we ordered the lunch special". Her response was "I cant fix it, id have to re ring it up and that would charge you......that's just the way it is". I used to be a server this is not an issue anywhere else -but this server didn't even try to make things right. I won't eat here again if she's there (Mercedes).

I absolutely loved this place! Wonderful wonderful service! The pizza was so good!!!! Ambiance was really neat because they had beautiful pictures all over the walls and glass Is blown lights.

Very good pizza with exotic flavor combinations. It was a wonderful new experience! We would not have found it though if a local had not offered to take us there. An amazing little hole in the wall!

Came in for some dinner to go and while waiting had a

Parking was limited, but it's Ashland so that's kinda the norm. Had a difficult time finding the location. The open air seating was nice but limited, the inside was uncomfortably adorned and there was an active leak in the ceiling prompting my party to move. The order was taken fairly quick and the food was delivered and I didn't see the guy that was supposed to bring my beer until all the food was eaten and we were getting ready to leave when he made an appearance to show some face for his tip, when I ask if I could finally have my beer, to which he couldn't even remember what i'd ordered. The pizza was a 6/10 and that's generous, overall the place sucked, even mostly empty the insufficient staff couldn't manage one drink order effectively. 2/10 never do again...
We stopped there at midnight for some food and just took a whole pizza to the hotel. They were friendly, and did not try to sell us individual slices, but let us get a whole pizza at a better price

Place is way understaffed. Horrible service from some waitresses. Twice now where I order one slice of pizza to go and I end up walking out with no pizza because my 1 HOUR lunch is over. Ridiculous
