Excellent food, the portions are fairly sized and the service is always great. I prefer the chicken bowl but we’ve never had anything that was less than 10 out of 10 here.

Every time I've been the foods been great. I mean for a fast food style Mediterranean joint you can't really ask for more. Service is pretty consistent, and the vibes are alright in shop. I almost always get my food to go and have never had an issue getting in and out in 5-10min!

This place was a great discovery, brought back memories of a tiny falafel joint in SF it was maybe 300 square feet but there was always a line even in the rain. The Republic is much bigger with tables so don't let my memory scare you, it was the food, old school Med.

Last Thursday, I needed pita bread for Christmas morning. I live in California, so I needed them right then. A very nice man helped me, I need 3, asked for 4 in case I screwed up. He sold me 5. And gave me a break. He triple wrapped them. When I opened them to use, they were still perfect, fresh, beautiful. It meant alot. My son lost his dad a couple years ago, and his dad always made him a pita breakfast on Christmas morning. So I recreated it for him and he was so happy. Nice place. It made his Christmas morning. Thank you.

The Israeli salad was blah. Needed salt or spices and salt I added did not help. I am not sure it was even freshly made. The fries with the "special sauce" were very good. Nice employees! The jury is still out on the rest of the food.
