I went there twice, both times had the worst service and vibe from the girl working the front. First vist i was there with a senior citizen and she walked out from the back still on her phone, once she was done texting and standing awkwardly in front of us she was bothered enough to take our order. No greeting or smile, just blank service.

Second time I went back several days later and guess who is there with a frown on her face, yep the miserable employee who just ignores me when I say hello. Just felt unwelcome overall and plus the trans flag is really tacky hanging in the window 24/7, this is a restaurant not a protest or a place to express your ideological beliefs

The staff was extremely nice, pleasant to speak with. They presented the food appropriately. However the owners should be ashamed of themselves. This restaurant hasn't been cleaned possibly in years. I'd be ashamed to own this establishment. There should not be stalactites of dust hanging from roof vents. The floor and walls were disgusting. Nobody should ever eat in a dirty restaurant. I paid $35 for 2 burger, 1 fry and one soda. Overall horrible experience. Please deep clean your establishment daily otherwise your going to kill someone with a foodborne illness.

Im writing this because i was bummed about how bad the fries were. 😂 They were so dry and I even had them remake them but they were the same the second time.
The burger needed more sauce too, but the customer service was great! Both staff members were kind and professional!

Slow to make the food. Food was average. Fries were mealy. No straws for the drinks or milkshakes. Mediocre milkshakes that are too runny and definitely require a straw. Owners’ kid running around. Not a terrible experience but definitely not worth going back.

Hardly any seating but it was ok because there was only one other group on a Saturday at lunchtime. I guess it isn’t very popular for a reason.

The place is filthy!! Besides sticky tables - the air vent is black. The place is hugely understaffed. FLIP Management WAKE -UP pay people a living wage. The burgers are good Fries are dry

Had a hankering for a burger and found my way to Flip. Why did it take so long? Juicy, flavorful burger on a perfect Mix bun, plenty of crisp fresh lettuce and plentiful house made pickles. Had it with the Flip sauce which I highly recommend, although they have lots of others to choose from. Maybe later in summer, the burger will come with a tomato which I would enjoy. That said, I didn’t miss it.Fries were crispy and hot, well seasoned. Our server was friendly and efficient. Everything (including chocolate milkshakes, which we got to go) tasted great, no skimping on quality. That’s important to me. You really can taste the difference. I will back!

On my visit today, I found the staff to be extremely kind and courteous. That being said, their spatula broke and without a spare, they were prepping at a loss. I waited 45 minutes to order and then another 45 for my food. There was no sense of urgency about anything. While not their fault, being understaffed is a luck of the draw issue I can understand. Being undertooled is an unexcuseable owner problem. I hope this burger is worth the hour and a half wait.
