Food and service are great. The fish & chips are wonderful. Can feel a bit cramped/uncomfortable seating wise but worth it regardless.

Staff is always super friendly and they stayed open for us specially because my elderly mom had her heart set on a burger. They were so kind and the food is always good. It's the only burger place we go to. The portabello burger is awesome for the non-burger eater in our house too. One of us, who is very picky about his milkshakes, has enjoyed every single flavor they have (there is always a seasonal one) and his favorite, so far, has been the strawberry one made with fresh strawberries. Another of the family swears by the seasonal pumpkin spice shake.

This was pretty tasty altho i was a lttle disappointed to see that the several boxes of potatoes did not seem to be very local however maybe i was mistaken in this observation

The fish burger is good (a bit expensive but tasty and good quality meats which is important to me) sucks to have to add that the staff was straight up mean and made the experience pretty bad. I'm glad I ordered to go because eating at the restaurant would have been awkward. Basically, they got my order wrong. All good it happens but when I told the person working the front they tried to blame me and then wouldn't refund the difference in price between what I actually ordered and what they gave me. They took the wrong order back saying that probably nobody would eat it and then offered me a couple extra sauces to cover the difference in price. All with a vibe that I was the scum of the earth and if I were alone probably would have sat in my car and cried while eating the Sandwich. It sucks because the burger was good but I don't really think I would go back there.

There was a mix up with our take out order and it was not available when we came to pick it up at the scheduled time. The awesome staff moved mountains and had our order ready within minutes - no small feat as it was for 5 hungry people. The burgers were hot and delicious and the fries were to die for. Thank you, Flip team.

The burger was great BUT they need to really clean the outside tables, ugh
Food was good but overpriced considering you bus your own table. The restaurant was filthy dirty, the front door had visible dirt and greasy fingerprints everywhere. We sat outside and the tables looked they had never been wiped down.

the food here is great. its all fresh and you can watch them make it. the chicken tenders are hand breaded and the burger is grilled in front of you. the only thing is two of my chicken tenderd were burnt. the service was good. both of the employees were very nice. it was a little strange that they called out the name on my card without asking. there was only 3 other people in the store and they bring the food to you. this place isnt the best if you dont want to hear your deadname called out loud.. lol. the enviornment was great and they have good classic rock music. I definetly recommend this place, but theres some things they could work on.

Pretty burger, but at this high price point a burger place needs to get everything right to avoid criticism. Old buns can make or break a burger for me. All 4 of us agreed. Also, the location doesn’t really have ambience, so for the price I’d rather eat at an other place on the river or with something other than busy street side in direct sunlight. At a lower price point it would have been 4 stars.

The chicken sandwich tender and juicy with a nice crunch to it. The burger was delicious. The shroom burger was tasty. Shakes are a must try! Flippin deal is a great value for tasty food!
