Better burger and better service than even some of the best places in portland ? i called in an order shortly before closing and not only were they happy to make the order, they were super nice - they were out of gluten-free buns, and offered to make me a salad to go with my burger that wasn't even on the menu yet. It was SO good, AND they didn't upcharge me, AND the fries were so good I really didn't care about missing out on a bun. My husband got the tenders and buffalo sauce and said they were excellent. Very clear that everything is house-made with care :)Dietary restrictions: Friendly and supportive re: gluten sensitivity :)

Lovely. We ate outside. Loved how safe it felt with the pride flags and messages. Seating was minimal inside. Food was good, and they even brought us our food outside. They have the best sauces!

Feel like the quality is not what it used to be. Half my bites felt like bread and lettuce. Prices are high and didn’t leave feeling like it was worth it. At least the ketchup was tasty and free!

Flip fell off for an awhile, probably due to a supplier change for their meat. It tasted sour and rancid for a while…I tried it again today, hoping it would be like it used to be, and it was. Flip is back, baby. Best burger in town.
