Always love going there! The Sno Cat pizza is the best, great service and food Always. We love to stay in the cabin as well-just a great time every time!

Rooms: Comfortable, we like having a kitchen and a tv. The hot tub is always a plus!

Walkability: For those who like to hike, alot of trails right there!

Food and drinks: Ahhh...my favorite! The Sno Cat pizza is the best. It's fun to be able to drink a cocktail and walk back to the cabin. My husband and I will play cribbage while eat there sometimes as well-

Live music tonight (Friday night)! Prime rib Saturday night. Beautiful cabins, peace and quiet by the lake and amazing staff at the restaurant/bar! Cold draft beer you can buy pitchers! Delicious food, soft serve ice cream….come and support the local businesses.

I love this place. It's unassuming, has good food, beer, wine, etc., and is super friendly and close to the lake.

Food & drinks: Stopped by for lunch after kayaking. Restaurant was super clean, and staff were polite with a sense of humor, plus the food was good. I will be back, thank you.

We didn't get a room. We went up there for lunch, as we heard that they had great burgers. They did not disappoint.

AVOID HYATT LAKE RESORT!!! AT ALL COSTS!AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!I have never encountered such utterly rude, unprofessional, and downright mean-spirited workers than here at Hyatt Lake Resort. DON'T GO HERE.Let me backtrack by saying I have lived in the area for 25+ years and have seen Hyatt Lake Resort switch owners at least 3, maybe 4 times. I have met at least 40 new employees over the years, too, since most leave after just a few months. This place is TOXIC.I met the newest owner Jesse, before he and his partners had purchased the place. The only vibe I got from him was "it's all about the money."I retired from a 30 year career in tourism and hospitality, having run successful tourism businesses in that time, so it pains me to write this long overdue feedback about another business that caters to tourists.I can overlook the continuously ragtag nature of the staff at Hyatt Lake Resort, as we're in a remote part Oregon and getting qualified people to drive up the hill, especially in winter (Hyatt Lake is one of the snowiest areas here Southern Oregon!) is quite challenging.I can overlook the tough economic times we're in. I can overlook the over-cooked hamburgers here, because the lake is such a special beautiful natural place. What I CANNOT overlook is how poorly the staff treated me today when I came in to order some lunch. I CANNOT overlook the over-priced everything here or the shoddy way it is operated by unqualified staff. I'd also say the owners don't have the first clue about tourism or hospitality, as they entire team here in unfriendly, gives condescending looks to most who enter and are just UNWELCOMING.I've really resisted sharing this information with the general public for 25 years, despite my best instincts. But the poor treatment I received today was the final straw and I felt compelled to WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THE TOXIC HYATT LAKE RESORT.If you're thinking of visiting from 'the big city,' Stay at Greensprings Inn instead and day visit the lake itself. It's only 2 miles down the road and the drive through the thick coniferous forest is delightful. If you're a single woman traveling here, I'd think twice. In previous encounters here, I've seen a single woman come to the front desk inside the restaurant and ask for a refund because "IT FELT TOO CREEPY." When I chatted with her while I was at the restaurant, she said she was leaving with or without a refund. That's the vibe here - CREEPY.Also, I've seen numerous times when high dollar clients were complaining that the hot tub in their cabin was broken or whatever, despite the managers knowing about it. Lots of CONSTANT maintenance issues here.Save your money and stay elsewhere. Down in Ashland (a 25 minute SPECTACULAR drive away by car (from the Rogue Valley to the Cascade/Siskiyou mountains.)) There are literally dozens of hotels in Ashland, due to the Shakespeare Festival. Or, stay at Greensprings Inn, also up here in the mountains, but with friendly smiling people who are happy to see you and are not scowling or giving dirty looks the whole time. And NO, I don't have any connection to the Greensprings Inn. I've had lunch there over the decades and met lots of happy people who have stayed there, as well as having met the previous owner, Diarmuid McGuire, a terrific gentleman, who sadly passed away recently. Greensprings Inn is a special place and a better choice than Hyatt Lake Resort.Again, I am disappointed it has come to this point that I have to share this information and WARN PEOPLE to avoid Hyatt Lake Resort like the plague. Outsiders NOT welcome. People of color/ethnicity, LGTBQ, etc. RUN THE OTHER WAY. Last time I walked out of the restaurant it was 99% middle-aged to old white men ONLY and honestly resembled a "KIan" meeting, but that's just my opinion, that I've had for 25 years... Take it as you will.

Did not stay there. When we are up at the mountain lakes, we like to go here for a meal.

Our family rented 3 cabins up here and what a wonderful getaway it was! Staff was so fun, friendly, felt like family by the time we left! We can’t wait to go back. So handy having a restaurant and bar right on the premises.

This is a beautiful place to stop and I want to stay in the cabins but we've only stopped for breakfast. The location is good, clean, service was friendly. The food is mediocre. Not anything that will knock your socks off but decent.
