It’s been a while since I have had the time to visit with Muna at Lovejoy's! As both of us are small business owners here in Ashland Oregon we know that our time for a seasonal catch up is always difficult. However when I do manage to pop in for a quick cuppa Muna and her staff always go out of her way to look after me. We even manage to have a quick chat between hot water top ups and the ritual tea service. Today was a scorcher, it was lunch timeish so I was in definite need of one of her great ginger teas and one of her refreshing “my type of salads”. Everything as the English say - but the kitchen sink. If you have not had one of Muna’s salads you are missing out. Mixed baby lettuce and spinach leaves topped with seasonal fruits, coronation chicken (a light curry mayonnaise sauce) and so much more. Every bite is filled with flavor and bursts of freshness. The dressing tart and sweet served in a small silver jug so that you can pour the right amount just for you over the top of your salad. I was dying for a sweet treat afterwards especially one her petit fours but resisted. Instead I purchased the most beautiful ugly teapot that was sitting there waiting for me to come by! My bnb guests love to visit Lovejoy’s and I love it when they come back on the odd occasion with a small vial of beautiful tea just for me. Thank you Muna. The queens tea was an amazing experience. The sandwiches were delicious, the strawberries and creme tea was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed every aspect of our meal and the experience. The host was also very attentive and great at explaining menu items and each portion of the meal. We had a vegan with us, and there were nice vegan options.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying two different Queen’s Teas at Lovejoy’s Tearoom in Ashland, and both were absolutely delightful! The service was impeccable, and we all felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. I especially loved marveling at the variety of dishes and tea pots, and savoring the abundance of flavors throughout the experience. Truly an enchanting and delicious treat!

Enjoyed queens tea with my friend yesterday and the service and atmosphere was great. We had the deviled egg, and curried chicken salad sandwich. Both tasted amazing along with the scones, crumpets and desserts at the end. It was such a fun experience, and I would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I stopped on for a walk-in a la carte tea service and had a lovely time. The tea, scones, crumpets, and salad we ordered were all delicious, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommended for dedicated tea fans or those looking to try a tea service for the first time. We'll definitely come back next time we're in town for the theater.

My first high tea and couldn't have asked for a better experience. :) My friend and I came in for a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon. Cute, quaint, cozy, relaxing, and all of our servers were warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Lovejoy's is my favorite place to take anyone visiting Ashland. The atmosphere is unmatched. The tea is better than Dobra across the street. Plus they're able to accommodate gluten-free guests with gluten-free scones and sandwiches!

Having the high tea at Lovejoy‘s Tea Room was a highlight of my trip to Oregon! I’ve had tea at The Empress Hotel in Victoria and in London, and this experience was every bit as good. The owner was just a delight and ensures that your experience is the best! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. We had a few leftovers and they were wrapped carefully in little boxes to take home. This tea shop is a gem in a charming little town and worth a visit. I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed the owner and the experience. 💕
