although the service was nice, the food was subpar at best. We were hoping for a good Italian meal The bread they serve at the beginning was dry and cold , the Caesar salad was served with wilted lettuce way too many croutons, powdered Parmesan and the average dressing, the pasta dishes were OK at best, was hoping for a fine dining experience, unfortunately, that was not the case at this place. I’d recommend trying somewhere else if you’re in town.
Nothing to complain about here! Attentive staff, great food, ample portions and good atmosphere.

Our server Hollie may be one of the best servers i’ve ever experienced. Our dining experience was already awesome, but Hollie made it so much better. She was so friendly and kind, and went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. She also helped me figure out a dish that would work with my food allergies, and just overall is such an angel and every server should be like her!

Could be worse Italian food ever.
Scampi was as boring as it could be.
Meatballs were mediocre and the bread was practically unedible.
I wouldn't recommend going there

Food was pretty good. Unfortunately, most of our dishes and silverware were dirty. Table bread came at the same time as the food we ordered. My cocktail was really good and I was going to get another one, but sadly was never offered to order a second round before the check was hastily delivered.

Arrived at the restaurant 6:40 and seated rt away. Ordered our drinks. Then waited about 5min to order, which she didn’t write anything down. Then after taking a few sips of my drink saw an ant on the inside of my cup. Didn’t see our waitress for about 10min. After showing her my drink she brought me a new one. It was around 7:20 and finally saw her again and asked how long it would be, we had a show at 8pm. She said it should be rt out. Brings our food and one order was supposed to have chicken not prawns. She said she could have a new one made but we said no we have a show. 3 were supposed to be fettuccine Alfredo. It looked like noodles and butter sauce. Piled on the Parmesan to have some cheese flavor. There was no creaminess to it at all. The prawns were added to the order but removed it when I said something and nothing said about the drink. It is not worth the $22 for the pasta and $8 for 4 prawns. Will not be returning to this restaurant again. Trying to look like an Italian restaurant and being one is a big difference here.

Cozy and quiet, a great place for an early dinner. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. My only disappointment was the tiramisu portion being very small for the price, and being placed in a comically large to-go container that made us think the serving size was going to be much bigger. It was very good, just too expensive.

We eat here once every year, we make a 630 reservation, eat, and go to the theater at 8. We have had a great experience every year in the past.
This year, we had to leave at 730 having not gotten all of the drinks and only one basket of bread. The kitchen must have been woefully understaffed. They should have warned us when we sat down at 630 and told them we had a show at 8. They didn't even comp the drinks.
An Ashland classic.
We initially wanted to eat at the restaurant upstairs. (Same owners?) They were booked up with reservations, but lucky for us, Macaroni's, the restaurant downstairs, has the same menu! We decided to give it a shot. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the carbonara and the Mediterranean pasta. The kids had pizza. All of the food was delicious! The service could have been better. It wasn't busy when we got there but it took forever to get our drinks. At least 20 minutes. We asked about the special but she didnt know if they had it or not. I'm not sure she knew what it was. Since we had already been waiting a while for our order to be taken, we just ordered something else instead of having her ask the chef. Fettuccini Marsala was the special and that was confirmed when the table behind us had it delivered to their table. The waitress didn't really check on us to see if we needed anything after our food was dropped off. Sat for a while waiting on the check and boxes.
The food was amazing but the service was just alright.
Took my fiancé here for Valentine’s Day and we loved the food and vibe of this restaurant so much. The bruschetta was fantastic and I loved my Chicken Paremsean. Super crisp and moist. Also get the Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake! Super divine and creamy.
Our waitress was nice and helpful however the hostess who we first interacted with seemed like she didn’t want to be there and not really personable and/or didn’t care that we had a reservation. Also had to ask for silverware when we got our bread and butter but not a big deal.
Just made for a poor first impression as this was our first time at Macaroni’s.
Thankfully the food made up for the off vibes at first! Hope to be back again for the amazing food
Mediocre food, fit for a small child. Pizza was nearly inedible and the “famous” Mac and cheese was bland. Service was slow and uncomfortable. Below par, spend money elsewhere.
