Paid $14 for one small chocolate which was a tiny cup for kids and one large hot chocolate. Later realized they charged extra $0.75 for each (whip cream and marshmallows) in both beverages, that I did not ask for. Managers response to this was quite rude, did not seem to care or was having a bad day. Very dissatisfied with the service here.

Best ciabatta for sandwich! Somehow perfectly chewy without needing to rip with incisors! Lovely coffee, lovely vibes, amazing maybe whole wheat puff pastry?? Highly recommend!

The best pastries and macarons I’ve had anywhere outside of France (honestly better than most of the boulangeries over there anyway). All alongside exquisite, imaginative cakes, perfect coffee, house made sandwiches and cookies as well.

Great baked goods, both sweet and savory. The best tomato soup I've ever had. Excellent chai. Great music in the background.

There are so many delicious pastries/dessert items to choose from. The pesto cheese & ham croissant was delicious, as was the peanut butter chocolate bar & the chai drink. Four stars is given for the atmosphere as the seating is very limited.

Still thinking about that Affogato. MY GOD. Maybe the best one I've had and I've been to Italy! Loved the pastries, loved the vibes, and the friendly service. Excellent experience. We will be regulars so get ready to see us there a lot.

We were in Ashland for the festival and came to Mix each morning. Each time, we tried something different and everything we had was super! I am a retired pastry chef and always search out pastry shops in any town I visit. This place was wonderful!!

I want to give it 5 stars for the great quality of the desserts and ice cream, and the great price too! The Earl Grey chocolate chip ice cream was so good! The strawberry cake was the best I've ever had—I love it because it's fresh, made with real cream, and not overly sweet!
