A scrumptious mocha + a delightful whipped cream. The chocolate in it... *chef's kiss.*

We stopped in today and tried the Chocolate truffle and Tayberry ice cream on a cone. I also picked up a creme puff as it looked delicious. I was overwhelmed by every item. The highest of quality, the best of taste, and excellent service from cute & friendly servers. I live in Merlin, but we will definitely be back to try more exciting and creative flavors. There was a short line, but I see why and it was absolutely worth the wait. what an absolute gem this place is.

I’m literally salivating thinking about the breakfast pastries from Mix. . . some of the very best I’ve ever had!

Yummy. Yes it's busy but all the empty tables are dirty. Service was fast and friendly.

Mix is by far the best bakery in Southern Oregon. The staff is wonderful, and the establishment is well kept and very organized. My favorite dessert of theirs is the Coconut Cream Tart! 🥥

Very busy place. There was a line out the door. Coffee, ice cream, bread, pastries and more. Delectable looking bakery goods. We ordered a lemon meringue tart and a ham and gruyere egg pie. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I did. When we got it was still on the cold side. We asked if we could get it heated up more and waited like 15 mns, finally trying to find someone and they had forgot it. I didn't care for it either (too much of a spice on it) but the lemon pastry was good.
Seating outside and inside fills up quickly on the weekend

This is probably the best bakery that I found so far in the rogue valley. The lemon meringue tar is amazing. The coconut macaroons are pretty good when they're crispy, and their chocolate chip cookies are ok. I was a little unimpressed with the coffee but it was okay as well

Food was very good, we had an assortment of things. Seating and offering of places to sit...terrible...as if they don't want you to stay. Cannot seat more than 1-2 people at one of their few tables. Could utilize the space so much better.

So delicious (we all got different flavors and couldn’t decide which was best because they were all so unique and scrumptious) that we got seconds. As a plus, the service was outstanding with samples and enthusiasm from the staff. :)
