Everything is great about this place except for the service. Seems like the employees can only do one thing at a time. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. This place is great except for the clueless, slow employees. This place could operate so much more smoothly and efficiently if they would train their employees a little better.I'll give them 5-stars when they fix this.

YUM. Really all you need to know... we came by on a Saturday night after having dinner around the corner. Cute little corner shop, looked like they had a good variety of offerings. We decided on baked goods for dessert, as we'd had ice cream earlier. I chose the meringue lemon tart and my husband got the carrot cake. The tart looked like fun, with the cupcake-like toasted meringue on top. It did not disappoint. It was so good! Meringue was like whipped cream and the tart was just right on the tartness. The crust wasn't to be forgotten, it also had good flavor, not like some crusts you just want to leave behind. Husband said the carrot cake was very good as well. Definitely give this place a try.

Wonderful experience and ambience every time we stopped in while in town visiting friends. The employees as well as other patrons were incredibly kind and friendly (especially with our very active toddler). And I’m still dreaming about the chocolate orange scone!! To the point that I went out of my way to go back for another one before flying out. The ham Gruyère egg pie is also top notch.

I love this place so much, and the macarons are to die for, however last time we were here we tried the tiramisu, and it was not good at all. It had no coffee flavor whatsoever and the cream in the middle was completely frozen and flavorless as well. Tiramisu should taste like coffee and be soft, but this was flavorless, dry, and frozen :(

We loved our hit yummy drinks in soup bowls. We also enjoyed a ham and cheese croissant and morning bun, so flaky. We brought home a lemon meringue tart and a hazelnut tart. Boy we wish we lived closer. Worth a stop if you're driving through Ashland, Oregon.

Mix Bake Shop in Ashland, Oregon, is a delightful haven for all things sweet and satisfying. Their coffee is robust, providing the perfect accompaniment to the array of delicious pastries. The ice cream is a heavenly treat, and their cookies are nothing short of exceptional. The chocolate chip cookies are a nostalgic delight, with gooey perfection in every bite. The gingerbread cookies, a unique twist, boast a perfect blend of warm spices, making them a seasonal favorite. Mix Bake Shop is a must-visit for those with a sweet tooth and an appreciation for quality baked goods.

I have eaten here a handful of times, never disappointed. Just got the creamy tomato soup, and it is amazing! This one came with bread and cheese. I am also a fan of their lemon meringue and ice creams. Excited to try the rest of the menu.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

Cute cafe located on the main road of Ashland right near Lithia park! The place is specious with a study/coworking space on the bottom floor. Very popular amongst locals, tourists, and students. They have an amazing selection of pastries that you can’t go wrong with. Good working WiFi and plenty of outlets. Stop by for a quick pick me up or visit for a long time with friends.

An absolutely lovely bake shop sure to delight everyone's palette. I enjoyed a mocha with a bostock which is a delicious bread soaked in orange syrup topped with berries and almonds. My sweetheart had a ham and gruyere egg pie with black coffee. Not only did they have a wide variety of sweet and savory treats, the ambience and atmosphere of the shop was so enjoyable. We really had such a lovely breakfast. Thank you to the staff. They were so friendly and really make the place feel warm and welcoming.
