Love this place! We come back year after year and are never disappointed!

We have been to this theater several times and each time we have been fooled into getting food and drinks off the menu. My 3 stars is strictly for the horrible food and drinks. We just watched Disaster and we thought that the charcuterie was theme based. It was the grossest thing we have ever tried. We took a bite of each thing and had to have them remove it from the table. Drinks are badly flavored. Eat before or after the show, don't fall prey to this terrible menu. Also, they serve room temp water from the tap and it is barely drinkable. The shows are great, and we enjoy the venue.

The place is perfect, old church. Location, downtown Ashland. Atmosphere, electrified. Dinner, 4 star. Performance, top notch!

Awesome place to catch a show and dinner.

They have the best shows in atmosphere. It's my favorite place to Milford Live Theater

It was my first time to this theater and at first glance the chains across the entrance on the downhill side and the “box office closed” sign kept me wandering around for a bit. Finally I tried the door on the Hargadine side and viola! Maybe a sign saying “entrance” or “welcome” posted would be helpful. The venue and performance was outstanding. The salad was decent, but the $12.00 key lime pie was pretty gross, melted into a puddle on the plate with dirty fingerprints on the edge. My advice would be to skip the food and enjoy the show!😎

Great venue, staff and performers. Just saw Waitress, which was excellent. We'll e back.

Went to see Waitress last week. This our 2nd time doing the Cabarate Theatre. The 1st time we did the dinner and it was very good. This time we did the dinner again. I had the Special 'Red Snapper' It was ok, but the accompanying Pasta and Vegetables were horrible. My husband had the meat pie. He left most of it. Dessert wasn't bad but not what it should have been.
The show was fantastic. I enjoyed it more than the Broadway version. Tablemates were wonderful and so much fun to converse with. Good evening.
My feeling is enjoy the show but skip the dinner.

Small, intimate theater serving dinner and drinks... all very good

I showed up late and the doors were closed. I accepted my fate because those are the rules, but one of the employees saw me frantically pacing outside and took pity on me and walked my husband and I in. Our seats were along the outside, thankfully. The show was great, the theater is beautiful, the employees are kind. A great date destination!

We will not be coming for brunch if they mess with classic eggs Benedict again.

I had a disappointing experience with this theater that I feel people should know about. I originally bought a ticket for Kinky Boots back in 2023, which got canceled last-minute due to COVID. They rescheduled me for a later date, but the new ticket was cheaper. I asked if I could get the difference refunded, they said no, but they’d issue a credit. Fair enough. Recently, I tried to use that credit toward Waitress and was told it had expired, something I was never informed about. I called, emailed, followed up multiple times, and was eventually told to come pick up my money. When I got there, the staff acted irritated, the manager didn’t even know where the money was, and the whole exchange felt awkward and dismissive.

To top it off, during the original Kinky Boots show, I was told to wait to be seated, even though I’d arrived early. They were prioritizing families and groups, which made me feel overlooked and unvalued as a customer. It’s not just about the money. It’s about poor communication, disorganization, and the way I was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply asking for what was mine. I won’t be returning. Tip for future guests: Ask if your credit expires because they won’t tell you.

Was a really good experience. I usually hate musicals but actually thoroughly enjoyed the performance and singing. Definitely going again when I can.
