Incredible food. Creative entrees with sophisticated flavors. Knowledgeable, friendly wait staff. Friendly, low key, sophisticated ambiance.

One of the best restaurants in Ashland hands down! The food was out of this world and had the most wonderful cozy atmosphere. We had the Duck Dumplings and Shrimp Fitters to start, which were divine. The chefs talent and creativity really showed in each dish. My table got the Seafood of the Day, Pork Cheeks, and the Duck Confit for our entrees. Each of us were blown away! We all commented that it’s one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Needless to say we will be back.
Vegetarian options: Good selection
Dietary restrictions: They are able to make certain dishes dairy free. Hooray

Went there for dinner, but tried a few appetizers and changed our minds. Everything was just OK and they were out of a lot that was on the menu. And then they subbed out an appetizer and charged us five dollars more than what was listed on the menu.
Definitely just average, disappointing for Ashland

We love their in-house veggie burger. Call ahead and they’ll save one for you if they’re getting low. Also fascinating and delicious pasta.

We had an unusually nice evening out at this restaurant. It is high-end without being pretentious. We loved the food. The owner’s wine pairing recommendations were perfect. Our server was really professional and natural. The outside dining area was very pleasant.

Beautiful restaurant. My husband and I consider this location a fancy night out for us. Great drinks and food options. While not a large menu, they offer a little bit for everyone. Better ask specifics if you have allergies just to make sure. They have indoor and outdoor seating barring any weather complications.

I genuinely have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. We had the most delicious dinner here a couple of weeks ago. Only a touch pricier than meals elsewhere in Ashland, but the quality of the foods makes the price well worth it. I’d highly recommend the oysters, ribeye, and fish entrees. For dessert, we had the marjolaine, which was spectacular!

Such a disappointment. While the atmosphere is lovely, the food was very bland and uneventful. From the French onion soup, salad, and fish dish, we were left shaking our heads. The bread, which came after our meal, was the only thing with flavor. The service was slow. With so many wonderful restaurants in Ashland to enjoy, I would avoid this one.

Beets were excellent. Sent the pork back red and room temperature. The server response did not help and was made to feel this was my problem. Not for me.
This place has been our go-to for date night for some time. However the last few times we’ve been there the food was not good. Our last visit we ordered Brussel sprouts which were terribly undercooked and had a flavor of dish water with a small amount of sauce spooned right in the middle not coated or anything. The duck breast was flavorless and so chewy and tough I would not eat it. The crab salad was amazing and the mocktails but sad to say we probably will be going elsewhere for awhile and hope the quality improves.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The service was OK. As far as the menu… I expected more for the price of their food. I paid $69 for a steak that was cooked way too rare… very bloody…. served with fries…? Super chewy!!! Fries as a side to 69$ steak??? No veggies… The salmon was also very dry.
Not worth it, I have had way better steaks at Brickroom or Harvey’s in Ashland. Don’t waste your money.
