A cut above every other pizza place, it is an exquisite date spot and just an overall superb menu of delicious food. Even if the pizza is a bit more than other places, it is also more delicious, and cooked in a wood fired oven!

Outrageous prices for sub par food. Limited menu options.

I recently visited Por and Vine, a modern Italian spot. The atmosphere was undoubtedly the highlight, with its sleek, contemporary decor creating a stylish and inviting ambiance. However, the seating left much to be desired. Our booth felt cramped for our party of four, making it a bit uncomfortable to fully enjoy the evening.
Moving on to the food, I found it to be a far cry from authentic Italian cuisine. The dishes were heavy-handed, with robust sauces that overwhelmed the palate, masking the subtleties of the pasta. Italian cuisine typically celebrates the pasta itself, complemented by nuanced sauces, but the offerings here leaned more towards an 'American-Italian' style, with flavors and combinations you'd struggle to find in Italy.
In summary, I was left disappointed. The stylish decor raised my expectations for a culinary experience to match, but the food turned out to be the kind of generic Italian fare found in many other restaurants, but at a premium price. Unfortunately, the combination of lackluster food and high prices means I won't be returning

Food- fresh and full of flavor! We LOVE garlic, we love cheese, we love flavor! First time eating here and wife and I were not disappointed.

This place is severely underrated. Your cook is amazing, almost as good as my wife. The pizza crust was perfectly chewy, yet crisp with blistering, charred bubbles, reminiscent of an authentic Napolese pizza!

The Brussel sprouts, wow! Hit the spot.. The sweet balsamic reduction, the crunchy pumpkin seeds and the fresh herbs complimented the perfectly cooked sprouts. Not too soft, not too chewy, but just right.

Let's not forget the charred brocolini. Simple with the perfect amount of parmesan were a perfect accompaniment to the pizza!

Finally, the mista salad. A basic salad elevated with the best quality ingredients. Salty, sweet, earthy.. a perfectly balanced salad!

Service and Atmosphere- Food was ready on time and the gentleman behind the bar was very attentive and welcoming. He offered to seat us rught away before we told him we were there for a carryout. Atmosphere was cozy, charming and warm with a fresh balance or modern and rustic. Perfect for date night with my wife. We will definitely be back to eat in.

This was the first restaurant we have tried on our first stop after arriving in Oregon, and we were not disappointed. You guys set the bar very high and we look forward to coming back again! Thank you for the amazing meal!! Gratzie!!

I was in Ashland for a day out and stumbled upon this place by chance. The outdoor patio with big fireplaces and comfortable chairs was very comfortable, and the food was a real surprise. They have made from scratch unique meals that are amazing, each one large enough to feed 2 people, and the service was great and very friendly. Thanks for the great dining experience.

Go to spot with the wifey. I never think to leave reviews for places I frequent, but last night the combo of a new tomato soup w/ pesto cheesy bread (basically a mini pesto pizza), plus a SUPER friendly, helpful server inspired me to leave a compliment!! Great spot :)

Very nice Italian restaurant and bar downtown Ashland near the Shakespeare Festival campus. I had the Calamari appetizer, crunchy and nicely spiced.

Food is unfortunately not very good. The flavors are all muddled together and nothing tastes fresh. The bruschetta is way too garlicky. The risotto way way too cheesy. I had to throw out the side of grilled chicken because it was so bland and dry and probably not grilled. Cesar salad was wilted romaine with a way too garlicky cream dressing. The one thing I’ve had there that was ok was the gluten free pollo pistou pizza. But again chill on the garlic.

We went for my granddaughter's birthday. Only one other group of customers in the restaurant and food came out staggered. Pasta cooked with very little sauce and no flavor. . Asked for extra sauce and was charged. Everyone's chicken in the Parmesan chicken was over cooked and cold. Chicken on Alfredo was over cooked. $275 and Olive Garden would have been an upgrade. We were so disappointed.

Very poor service-the worst I can remember in many years. Food was overcooked. Spent 2 hours and waited 20 minutes for dessert which was still going to be awhile (ice cream and 2 Tiramisu). Cancelled dessert and left. It was not a good way to celebrate a birthday. I’ve been there before and this time was so disappointing I doubt I’ll return.

Chicken parm was burnt and covered in tarragon. Calmari was under cooked.
