The staff are snotty and when I am picking up food I am offended that I am expected to tip when no one moves fast or does anything extra except take my money! I paid $11 for a grilled cheese sandwich. When does this price gouging end? No chips. No drink.

There are so many amazing coffee places in Ashland and Pony is of course a part of this list! Located right in downtown, pony is a fantastic spot to grab a coffee. Pony is definitely one of the more social coffee scenes. Every time I go, there is a plethora of people socializing no matter the time of day. If you love the busy coffee shop feel- Pony doesn't disappoint. They also have GREAT wifi! If you want to work there it has plenty of outlets and fast connection. It is also so sociable that a zoom meeting with headphones would go unnoticed. Pony is a standout to me because their coffee is top notch- specifically their seasonal drinks. Whoever the creative barista is that makes the seasonal menu knocks it out of the park! They are 1) really fun to order with cool names and 2) always something I have never thought about before. The baristas there are the sweetest and so kind! They always are chatty and asking about your day. (It's kinda an Ashland trait but at pony they are extra friendly). There is a free 4 hour parking lot right next to the location as well so you never have to worry about your car. Highly recommend this spot!!

Had a great breakfast sandwich here and a coffee. They were very busy because a festival was in town but the two people at the counter handled everything smoothly. The only thing that would’ve helped would’ve been descriptions on the chalkboard menu so you didn’t have to ask what everything was.

Stopped here for coffee as I passed through town. It was, in a word, a delight. Warm and cozy space with a variety of seating. Delicious and creative seasonal drink specials. Attentive and friendly barista, made my drink perfectly. The food looked absolutely mouthwatering; sadly I had to pass on this trip.

Staff here are hit or miss. Sometimes I'll get extra compliments or conversations just for them to convince me for a tip but you can't play a player. The boss lady is Authentic and running things well I will say that. The fact you can advertise your stuff for a week on their windows is a plus. When it comes to food it's child's play compared to their Jacksonville location.
