We found out this restaurant during a trip. This is a small town and most businesses are closed around 9PM. However, the owner is super nice and still let us go in. I have to say! The food is amazing! They serve us free chips three times. The MOLCAJETE is everyone’s favorite, includes fried beef, chicken, pork, cactus, spicy Jalapeño, fresh avocado, and beans, rice, warm steam tortillas. The QUESADILLA DE CAMARON is made with garlic butter shrimps, cheese, fresh cut tomatoes, green onions, sour cream, very rich flavor. The portions are surprisingly large – way more than I expected. What surprises me a lot is the bill is so cheap,it isn’t even a suggested tip indicated on the bill. If you travel to this small town and look for a nice restaurant & bar, here is your best choice!

My hubby and I found this resturant on our way up North. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Clean and plenty of seating. We shared a pork fajitas, beans & rice dish and enjoyed every bite. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious as well! Thank you for a meal that we'll talk about for some time to come. Yummy food!!!! Service is always great!!! My regular place for a great dinner.
Very pricey! The burritos are very big and delicious, soup is good, chips and salsa are good, hochata is huge and has a lot of ice, but the carnitas tacos are very dry. The atmosphere, especially on some nights, is very lively, it is a hotspot for college students. Staff is friendly. For a late night stop, it is good because of its late hours.

I chose this restaurant for my husbands birthday dinner (based on reviews) and was a bit disappointed.
We had our child with us and although they had a great kids menu selection, the nuggets were nuked so badly, they were hard in texture and not really edible.
As for the adult orders, shrimp enchiladas and the street tacos (5tacos) were looking good. The steak came out a bit “chewy” and the enchiladas were pretty dry.
There were so many raving reviews on margaritas, but we definitely ordered the wrong ones (?), because they were lacking in everything. We didn’t get much guidance from our server, either.
Overall, I wish I had chosen somewhere else for the special birthday occasion. Maybe we just completely ordered wrong here.
