Fantastic food. My husband and I shared the tea leaf salad and the beef curry bowl. Both were fresh and full of flavor. The lady who worked inside was very kind and gave great recommendations. Although small inside, there were also tables outside we could sit at. Would definitely come

We had a delcious dinner and visit with the owners! The tea leaf salad was so crunchy and flavorful. We also had the Rangoon Veggie Bowl, which was so fresh with a delcious light sauce. The owners were so kind and helpful and the space is small but lovey atmosphere. I don’t normally write reviews, but the unique and delicious food here was too amazing not to mention. The chicken masala curry, and the cabbage salad were absolutely stand out. Such a unique blend of spices. The Kone bao was also wonderful, but I will remember that chicken masala curry for a long time to come. Also to be mentioned is how genuine and kind the man who served us was (I think the owner). This is someone who seriously cares about his business and his business is seriously good food. If you haven’t been yet and you live in Ashland, you should really really go.

Exceptional. The food is SO clean! Intricately, delicately yet amply spiced cuisine. Give yourself time to eat at Razi, each bite contains a lot of flavor and each one unfolds in your mouth subtly and smoothly. Because of this, I found myself eating slower and savoring the experience all the more. Great vegan options, killer ginger salad and wonderful tea leaf rice bowl. Some of my wife and I's favorite food in the area, everyone should check out Razi!

When I think of Burmese cooking, I think of a cross between Asian and Indian, a combination of sour, salty, and spicy (using lots of tomatoes, chili peppers, peanuts, and potatoes). The menu board does not indicate a choice of spice levels and the cashier did not suggest an alternative, so we ordered the standard menu items. This place seems to be catering to the demographics of Ashland. Best for take-out since they have just 1 large table against the wall with 3 chairs; they serve all food in take out containers *hint hint*The beef curry $16. The beef is cooked to perfection (tender, not at all sinewy), definitely taste the salty but the other "spice" is just one note. I was hoping for more layers of flavor. They don't offer spice/heat levels. I highly recommend the cabbage salad! A flavor bomb that is a welcome to the otherwise mediocre meal. Shredded cabbage, mixed with carrots, slivers of red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Only issue with the side salad is that you get just a literal quarter-cup serving with your meal. I'd have a real problem IF I purchased a side for $3.00 and it was this small (considering the cost of an entire bag of shredded cabbage is $1.50).The steamed white rice is perfectly cooked. The chicken curry $15 had a little bit more flavor. Still not what I was expecting from a traditional Burmese curry, but it had a little more flavor than the beef. The samosas are 5 triangles (think wonton wrapper folded in fourths) for $13. Inside is a very neutral tasting potato mixture. The side of tamarind sauce was a good dipping sauce. It's ok, but I wouldn't order this again; the filling is nothing special. This place is watered down version of what I've experienced as more traditional Burmese cooking. The portions are petite (lots of white rice though) and the prices are likely due to the location and not at all related to ingredients. Glad I tried it; there is room for improvement in the flavor department. Not a good value. IF it had more flavor then I wouldn't mind the very small portions (1/4 cup side salad, 1/2 cup curry, 1 cup of white rice) and high price point. At least double the cabbage salad portion *it's so cheap to make*

Tiny little place, just like you'd have in Asia. I like that they're mostly organic. I had the chicken masala curry, which was EXCELLENT. Then some sort of Burmese cake for dessert, that was more like a firm pudding cake. Fun texture, and tasty, without being too sweet. Super friendly owner.

I've never heard of Burmese food, but Yelp brought it up as a close to me takeout. I'm working on a house build pretty close. A guy named Steve took my order and had an accent I've never heard before. A very nice fella. We ordered the beef curry with cauliflower rice. Also a new one. The rice is finely chopped cauliflower. And a side of cucumber salad. He made sure I knew there was dairy in the salad. Gave me the total and asked if that was okay. Very polite. The food was wonderful! I was worried it might fill me as the box looked a bit small, but it did the job and I had a great experience. So thank you Steve, the food was top notch and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Ashland!

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a 5 star rating but this place deserves it. I’ve only been once… so far… but it’s worth a review. I got the Miso bowl and it was hearty, healthy AND delicious! Veggies were cooked perfectly and the kale was standout. Also it’s a nice atmosphere with low white lighting (at night). Could be a good date spot *hint hint*

My favorite place in town. The chicken and beef curries are hauntingly delicious, and the ginger salad is amazing. Someday I'll try their other options, but these three are so good that I keep ordering them every time!

The food was extremely tasty. I especially liked the samosas and masala chicken. The spice profile in the masala is rich, earthy, and balanced. The owner was kind and the food was prepared quickly.

My food didn't last long enough to take a picture, but the beef curry was so flavorful and unique. Sweet, rich Burmese tea hit the spot, complimenting the savory curry! The woman working was very nice too, and I hope to come back next time I am at their end of town. Give it a try!
