This little hidden gem is a must try! Heard of it for years but finally decided to try it out. I ordered a Cubano, they offered me a traditional Cubano with ham or a special one they had with their own prepped meats. I went with their version and it did not disappoint generally have feed back, as in (you should have left this out/added something else) to make the food better. This case was unprecedented. For the first time, I was left speechless there is nothing I would have changed or added! the Sammich was perfect!

Undeniably good food! Creative, hand crafted and delicious! I had a Great vegetarian Sammy called Melanzane and will definitely come back next time we are in town.

These guys kill it EVERYTIME. It does not get better than properly house smoked meats on a sandwhich. I smoke my own brisket, pastrami, etc. So iam very picky. Most places just dont compare to mine. I always look forward to my Dr. Appointments in Ashland because I can always talk the wife into lunch or dinner there.

Super expensive, pretty bland, very disappointing for a place that specializes in something so easy, id rather go to subway than a place like this, just go to an actual deli if you want an actually good sandwhich, like it was edible, but definitely not going back. Place has a chill outdoor seating area, thats about all the good i can say about it

Fantastic food for takeout style. No table service and bus your own, but worth the food

I ate here a month ago. I'm still thinking how good that sandwich was.

I want to love this place, but after trying it out 4ish times I think the best I can say is it’s ok. I think the food has the potential to be excellent, but it misses the mark a bit.
The good: flavor profile is lovely and there were good pickled vegetables on the cubano.
The rest: the sandwich bread routinely gets very soggy within a few minutes, so it has to be eaten immediately which makes takeout less viable. Pork on the cubano was pretty dry and it took about a half hour to get my order with during a non-busy time
I think this spot has some great aspects, but I feel like a bit more work is needed in some other areas

Absolutely delicious. Food is mostly hot, so tough for a summer lunch, but really good.

yummy pastrami sandwich
I guess a Chicago cheesesteak is a roast beef sandwich? Mediocre at best. Chips were stale. And yellow American cheese over white is certainly a choice.
