Unfortunately my last experience at the Ashland senor sams was not good. I had my mask in my hand and was engrossed in a conversation with my brother and out of left field we hear “HEY! You need a mask.” Generally I do wear masks and it’s not a big deal. I would have preferred “excuse me we need you to wear a mask” which is my experience anywhere else I’ve been slow to mask up. The thing that bothered me the most was that the man who rudely told us to put our masks one (not the problem) had hair (about 6 or 7 inches long) hanging down over the food. I’m definitely not comfortable with that just as most are not comfortable without masks right now. At this point I feel disrespected and disappointed. Pls have your long hair employees wear hair nets. Not personal it’s just gross.

I went to Sam's for lunch today and was helped by Dawn. I got a giant beef burrito and it was spectacular (The burrito was big enough I kept half for dinner tonight). I've always had good luck with Senor Sam's at any of their locations. There are a lot of choices for customization and I can get as fancy or plain as I want. Excellent service and huge portions.

I have been coming here for my entire life! I have since moved away, but even after eating Mexican food everywhere I live and travel, I cannot wait to come back to Señor Sam’s every time I visit home. Not only do the staff continue to be kind, they take care to make each order exactly as the customer prefers. They also have a multitude of toppings, and I guarantee that there is something for everyone, including meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free alike. And, the price can’t be beat. Bon appetit!
