Took 30 minutes for two drinks. Half the staff standing around. Zero sense of urgency.
*edit: took a sip and the shots were bad. As in burnt. I run a coffee shop, so I know what a bad shot is.

We were traveling through and instead of a quad shot Americano we just received a black coffee. Unfortunately we were too far down the road until we noticed it. Very disappointed!
I come here often. The coffee is always consistent and the service is always superb.

BONNIE THE MANAGER :
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way my partner and I were treated at this Starbucks store. We are regular customers who live up the street and visit this location two to three times a day. We know several of your staff members by first name and always enjoy positive interactions with them.
Unfortunately, during our recent visit, the store manager, Bonnie, approached us in an extremely rude manner. We were simply connecting to the Wi-Fi so that I could open my Starbucks app to be able to collect Starbucks points , since this particular location does not have consistent Wi-Fi inside. I literally have so much points because I get a Starbucks daily ….
Without giving us the chance to explain, she told us we had to buy something immediately or leave.
When I explained that we were connecting to Wi-Fi to use the Starbucks app to make a purchase, she still insisted we leave. Moments later, she escalated the situation further by saying she would call the police—all over us briefly trying to connect to Wi-Fi to make a purchase.
I asked her what reason she had to ask us to leave when we were in the process of placing an order but she provided none. We felt disrespected and unfairly targeted, especially as loyal customers who frequently support this location.
This experience was disappointing and far from the welcoming, community-oriented environment Starbucks is known for. I hope this can be addressed appropriately so that other customers—and your regulars—aren’t treated this way in the future!
Thank you for your time,
L

Very poor marketing, internet says the drive through is open til 9pm. Saw signs around the location that said the same. But went through about 7:15pm tonight and the drive through was closed. I called and asked why was it closed early? Was told the information I had was wrong and that was the drive through times for the one in Safeway and Albertsons. Neither have a drive through since they are in a store that I’m aware of.
But why would those locations have their times listed for another location?
Very poor this trip, I and others stop there frequently. We will choose another establishment next time.

I always come through in the evening for caffeine before my classes and I have to say that Shane is always so kind. They always make my drink so tasty!

It is a wonderful place to get together with others, or get something to go. You can also use their app.
