Eggs, Bacon, Gouda missing the Bacon. Missing whip cream on my pumpkin spiced latte. $11.00 later and I'm not about to wait in the drive through line again. There are certainly more important injustices going on in the world right now but...Bummer.

BEWARE! Overcharge and when I brought to her attention she just walked away and the my drink was the worst I have had at Starbucks. There are many other options much better!

Reliable drinks and excellent service and atmosphere. Hardly ever a long wait even when crowded. Patrick and Hanna are standouts. Patrick is so friendly and remembers my name every time, makes me feel so welcome. So happy this is walking distance! It's my home away from home.

Hard to do better than excellent. Espresso the way I love ☕️ and superb service!Calvin is the best ❤️??? ???? Bathrooms are clean and the spacious coffee shop is very inviting.I’ll definitely stop by again.Grateful for good service and the best Americano ???

4 stars because the baristas are gems & customer service has been good. Our drink orders have been messed up several times, usually they are correct when I order ahead on the app. This morning the batista actually recognized that my order had been put in incorrectly & verbally confirmed the correct order with me before making the drink, I really appreciated that. This location gets very busy but the baristas do their best. The cleanliness of this location definitely gets zero stars, needs some major clean up!!!

"Don't you come back here" ...the words from a STARBUCKS employee. I thought Starbucks held their employees to higher standards. We absolutely adore Starbucks. It's been our go-to in every city we've lived in from SF to Seattle and anything in-between. I work very early for a local school down the street. My husband works from home. He grabs my coffee and drops it off. Been getting the same thing all my life. We order it the same way. No other Starbucks has had an issue with a simple latte with whole milk. For the third time today they used oat milk. Upon realizing it I just let my husband know and he sweetly offered to get me another coffee. He showed up. Said he just wanted to order the latte the way he asked and made them aware that yet again they used oat milk instead of whole milk. They accused him of lying about it and told him not to come back. They said because he didn't bring the original cup back he was making it up. Why would someone go out of their way to drive back to the coffee shop immediately after being there to get a new drink? We have more important things going on in our lives than to cook up some lie about a $4 latte. It's obvious the people who work here are not like other Starbucks employees. Not sure if it's an Ashland thing. Moving forward we'll be going to place across the street and giving them our money. My husband is going to reach out to Starbucks Corp about this experience because it's not how true Starbucks employees are trained to treat their customers. I highly recommend skipping this location. Remix across the street has great coffee and great service. We tried them and are hooked now just due to the customer service alone.

Overall experience was not good. From the employee holding up the line to talk to the car in front of us to getting the wrong size straws. I made a mobile order. Est pick up 12:12. Entered before that time.. Did not get my drink till 12:22 and I was second in line. Drinks were melted and made wrong. Did not want to waste any more time to get new drinks made. Bad service at this location!
