I don't know if it's a lack of staff, order accuracy or care, but every time I've ordered something from here via the drive thru, there is inevitably a missing item. And it typically is the star item of a box (such as a chalupa).

1 car in front of me and of took 25 minutes. 3 people standing around while 1 person was actually working. Never go to this location. I would rather starve them come back here

Just shut this place down already, it gets worse and worse every time! I would rather not have a Taco Bell in Ashland than to deal with this bs every time I try to give them another shot. Oh and definitely do not ever try to DoorDash from here, they care even less at that point. 😂 My Dasher waited over an hour and they still forgot 4 out of 9 items. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I mean, it's taco bell. My daughter wanted it. Sign says use, kiosks, both kiosks were out of order. took about 10 minutes for someone's to even go to the counter.

Had me order on the kiosk which I was fine with until I finally got home 10pm and my number 9 was completely wrong I tried to call multiple times and the kiosk doesn’t provide receipts so I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for the lady at the window to deny me and says they have been busy and can’t help me without a receipt—- like I had the food she didn’t want it and when I asked for her name she turned around and shut the window. The lady with dread locks and no hair net aka “the manager “ is what she said. I have called so many times with a fax machine ringing in my ear. And still hungry

Employees outside smoking, pre-recorded message (i assume) claiming they would not be taking orders for the next 30 minutes but not directly giving a definitive time. Obviously they want the paycheck but don’t want to do the actual work. Nice scam guys.

I was genuinely surprised...
By how bad this was I ordered 2 hard tacos with no lettuce 2 chalupas one beefy supreme burrito without queso and 1 cinnamon twist.
They forgot the cinnamon twists, 1 of my tacos 1 of my chalupas and put queso on my burrito don't go here HORRIBLE SURVICE

They mess up my husbands food every time 100% of the time. Is it really that hard to get a steak chalupa instead of chicken? I don't even care about paying extra for the steak. But I do expect steak when I have ordered it and paid extra.

Ordered extra Chicken on my chalupa didn't give me any meat even though I paid for extra it was just lettuce and sour cream tomatoes cheese. Food was shoved into the bag condiments everywhere didn't give me my hot sauces or napkins.

I was 3 hours from home waiting on a tow truck to pick up an rv and decided to go into this taco bell and every table was dirty and I ordered my food on a kiosk and 40 minutes later I asked where my food was and the lady couldn't find my order and then she said is it cash I said yes and then she said ok well you have to flag one of us down to use the register. So I paid and she said ok someone will get right on your order. As soon as she said that the long haired dude said I'm going to break and no one else was in the kitchen and the lady who I paid decided to start wiping tables. They all knew I been sitting there for 40 minutes already. Good customer service would've asked if I needed something and then actually started my order when the woman took it not went to break. If that dude was my employee he would've been gone. 1 hour 10 minutes to get an order because I wanted to pay in cash. Worst taco bell so far I have ever been to. Pretty much no human interaction what so ever and such lousy customer service.

I had a great affordable meal here and the portions were good. The dining area was clean and the employee named Pema was
friendly and accommodating. My friend is vegetarian and she loved her veggie meal. ?♥️
