Went through the drive through and they replaced the cashier with AI. I won’t return until the AI is removed.

Sandi is the best thing about this place. Night crew are rude and inconsiderate and can't get an order right to save their life. They left items out of my order and gave me part of someone else's. When I came back a worker was by the door and said he couldn't take my receipt in and help me as the lobby closes 30 seconds before I walked up. Instead I had to wait 40 minutes in drive thru after already spending 30 minutes for them to mess my order up
Spent $100 for the family, got home and realized that multiple things were missing, the food was gross, the crunchy tacos were soggy

The slowest taco bell ever. No people & obviously no training. The owner is doing a dis- service to the corporate brand. Going here 2 years and nice
employees but bad management. 15-20 in a nonbusy drive thru.. it's a joke ! 40 year taco bell customer...

My order either has a mistake or takes 30-45 mins to get. Sometime there are employees who try their best. But, oddly, it’s never the “managers.” They are usually terrible.

Massively expensive, kiosk orders only, charges 5% tax, but isn't this oregon or is that an ashland thing? IDK. I was over a barrel, GF left our lunch at home, it was a holiday with not much around
Got our whole order wrong and they were talking and laughing in the back is full of teenage kids and homeless people, I would never recommend anyone to ever go here. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito with steak and they gave us a burrito with no meat and they put steak in a bowl instead of just putting it in the burrito.

Incompetent ass workers seriously. I come through the drive thru to get a chips and cheese and some damn water. And first they try to charge me for a large fountain soda instead of an ice water and then I explained I wanted a cup with ice and water in it. Then I get to the window and they give me a cup of water with literally no ice in it. I waited like 15 minutes in that line and the dude obviously was new and in a hurry but that’s so annoying.

AI drive through ordering thing is honestly stupid. Also if you let it know how stupid it is, the staff is corporately mandated to admonish you and threaten to refuse service. Seems like a wierd stance for taco bell to make.

Placed an online order for pickup. Showed up and the worker said they were understaffed and not taking orders over the ordering speaker. He was in there and it looked like he tried to hide when I knocked. There were no signs saying they were closed and said he couldn't help with requesting a refund. I think they're on their way to shutting down.

The Ashland Taco Bell just might be the worst TB! I don’t know why I keep giving them chances because the wait times are always crazy. The food is always old and cold, but for some reason I still keep going probably cause my daughter loves Taco Bell and I don’t wanna drive to the next town But tonight tonight was a cherry on top. I went inside, hoping that the food might be fresher because you know they have to see my face. See what they’re serving me. Not like they have to do in the drive thru. I order we sit down, We wait about 10 minutes we start to eat and then somebody comes and locks the doors and tells me you won’t be able to come back in if you leave so don’t go outside until you’re done. I said OK thank you very much a few minutes later and employee comes over and says I’m really sorry but we close at 10 so we usually give people about 10 to 15 minutes to finish eating and then you have to leave I said OK thank you for letting me know. I Continue to eat and not even a minute later a different employee comes up and says I’m really sorry, but our dining room closes at 10. We are gonna have to have you leave. I said no no you’re joking nobody does that. Nobody kicks people out when they ordered before closing!! So not only do they serve old cold food but then they wanna stop you in the middle of eating and make you leave oh and not to mention, they had no straws so we had to drink a Freeze and soda with no straw! You guys really need to get it together! And remember you have a job because of customers! Thank you for running our dinner!
