The food is so fresh and delicious. Very authentic flavors, fresh tortillas, prepared with a lot of love. I feel lucky to have them in Ashland!! I’ve tried the tacos, burritos (wet and dry), and the bowls now and they’re all great.

I got a mini chicken fajita quesadilla which was better than expected for 5 $ The handmade tortilla and chicken melted in my mouth yum. I want more of them now! .. I definitely want to try more items! The 13$ burrito sounds good. Nice ingredients. could get expensive if you order 3 different 9$ tacos though! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.

I had a calamari taco. It was awesome. The slaw was excellent, and the beans were really tasty as well. I hope these folks are able to get a brick & mortar location soon. They would do really well. I really love this place.

I had two amazing tacos, my order came out in about five minutes and everything tasted fresh and clean. I’m excited to try more if the menu, their new location near the Grange is only a few blocks from my office.

I was always perplexed about why this business doesn’t seem to be thriving, but I get it now. I placed an order on DoorDash for pick up at 1:25 because I only had a very small window for lunch. There was plenty of time for them to prepare it, but when I arrived at 1:40, I was informed that they were walking to the co-op to go get the chicken for my taco, but they should be back soon and once they were back, it would only be five minutes before my food was ready. I did not have time to stand around and wait for them to go to the store and it alarmed me that when they returned with the (precooked? Raw?) chicken, it would only be five minutes until my food was ready. Are they just getting precooked chicken from the co-op and serving it? I have no idea. They make it seem like they are preparing the food there from scratch. But in the middle of the day, if they are running low on a standard item they should head to the store before they run out. She offered to bring it to me, but the taco shells are so soft that they fall apart very very quickly so having it delivered to my office five minutes before we open for me to eat as I’m standing behind the front desk, serving people would not have been an option. It was completely lame. I asked for a refund and Now I have to wait for Venmo to refund my money. And they didn’t even say hey your next taco is on us. So now when I see them pleading for business on social media, I’ll know why. I’ll be going across the street to Simple Café from now on. They never mess it up. The meats are prepared with care and marinated and completely delicious. I shouldn’t have strayed. And the orders are always ready when you go to pick them up.
My new favorite Mexican spot in the rogue valley. Their food is spectacular, and best of all... their ingredients are organic, which is an absolute rarity. You can tell that a lot of heart goes into the cooking here. If you're looking for a good lunch spot... look no farther.

Truck at Talent Harvest Festival! Meat undercooked and gristly not cut properly! 1 tortilla so it fell apart! For the price it was terrible! Steak Taco was the item! Never again!
