The Manager there is Claire Hawkins and betwee Claire and her staff they aim to make your visit for your favorite drink an excellent experience. The service is always friendly and efficient. I typically enjoy the environment that this business has to offer. I get an iced American w/ cream and of course, love the bean on top. At this particular location though, in Ashland, I have consistently seen the manager, (I believe her name is Claire), be disrespectful towards her own coworkers and even myself (rolling eyes and dismissive). It puts a foal representation of this company in my mind and makes me feel uncomfortable. I have a few friends that have noticed the same behavior during their own visits. I won't be returning but hope in the future management can become more professional at this location. Thank you!

I love heading to Human Bean in north Ashland for a morning latte or an iced tea for an afternoon pick me up! My fluffy buddy usually orders the pup cup and gets so excited to have the team hand him some happiness!!
Family and I were passing through and stopped here for some coffee. Convenient as it is just a tiny drive thru! We wanted to try something new that wasn't a Dutch Bros so we took our chances here. I ordered a Cold Foam Cold Brew, 4/5 - the foam was thinner than I'd prefer but still yum!Brother ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate which was very good and my Mom ordered an Irish Creme Breve which she enjoyed as well.The service was great and they were kind when taking our order.Nice spot, clean as far as a drive through goes and good service. If we're ever around another Human Bean we'll definitely stop by!
