Husband and I come here often and I prefer this place over any other in the valley simply because their wasabi is so flavorful! Best Wasabi imo. You can tell their fish is fresh and the quality has never disappointed us. The sushi and curry and ramen are amazing and service has always been amazing with friendly staff.

The food was amazing, the chefs were great! The service was fast! And the presentation was incredible! This is probably the best sushi I have ever had I came here with a full stomach and still ate tons because it was just so good!!! They also had a really nice atmosphere with cool little decorations.

Always good quality food, this is my friends' and I go-to spot. We usually have the same waiter and he's really attentive and polite. Never a very long wait time but you can always call ahead and ask how busy it is if you're concerned, they have a back area open for larger parties or busier times of day. Highly recommend checking this place out :)
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian rolls available, as well as soups and curries were you can get tofu instead of meat.
Excellent vegan options! I’ve never had Impossible teriyaki before. It was phenomenal and I hope they move it to their permanent menu.

I was really impressed by the sushi here! Spider roll was so good. Friends ordered California roll and Philadelphia roll and loved theirs as well. Salad with ginger dressing was delicious.

Pretty good! I enjoyed the miso ramen and Pink Lady roll. So good we cleared our plates, actually, which is why I didn’t get any pictures of the food. Best Ashland sushi I’ve had.
