It was my first time here and I was impressed by all the unusual choices. I had the egg salad sandwich on their cheese bread which was fantastic! They did a great job of seasoning the egg salad with fresh dill and lots of other flavors. Putting red onion on it was recommended, and it was great!

I also had the orange-walnut muffin, which tasted wonderful, but was very dry and crumbs. The blueberry-peach cobbler was divine!

Partner and I try to stop by Vida every time we’re passing through Ashland on road trips from the Bay.

Lovely sandwiches made with fresh, thoughtful ingredients, plus tasty baked goods. Nice folks, too.

We’ve been several times over the years and will keep going back.

I love the spin this bakery puts on its baked items. All their products are gluten-free, and taste great! Not dry or dense like many GF items. The texture of their super flavorful bagels is airy and crunchy. They have a nice variety of sweet products are very tasty. Their turkey sandwich with arugula and sun-dried tomato paste is really good! And the service is great too! Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Vida bakery!

Had such a great brunch here. My husband and I stopped in over the weekend by chance to try it again (we had been over a year ago) and were very pleasantly surprised in the new menu and ownership!

He had the acai bowl and I had a quiche. Both were amazing! We also ordered a pitcher of sangria that was made perfectly - not too sweet!

By my surprise we were also able to sample the waffle which was sold out and it was truly one of the best waffles I ever had. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you!!

What a unique and beautiful spot! Vida brings in some Brazilian culture to an already special town with novel bakes that honor and remember traditions from 200 years ago (try the Pão de Queijo!). The whole staff was attentive, hard at work, and incredibly friendly. This veg and vegan friendly spot has lots of light and healthy breakfast options that are a good start to the day or fitting for a late morning snack. Space is clean, and patio space is plentiful. I opted for the chickpea cakes and seasonal strawberry matcha (made with fresh 🍓) and loved the flavors. Make sure you arrive early to get the “Life Changing Bread”, they sell out fast. We didn’t get here in time this morning. Too many lives were changed apparently!!

I love this place! They offer a variety of delicious gluten free baked goods, as well as sandwiches, drinks, and açaí bowls. The atmosphere is bright and clean, and the staff are always friendly. Vida Bakery is favorite after school snack spot for me and my family, and just a wonderful place to frequent for any occasion.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered a sandwich which was $9 and looked like a breadstick with a few sandwich ingredients in the middle. However the sandwich was delicious, if a little dry. The muffin I ordered was really good too & not dry at all. I felt I should have been warned that the sandwich would be so tiny.

This place is one of my very finds in Ashland. Everything is fresh, delicious, and wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and the owner (I think he’s the owner?) has the best old timey mustache 😁. I’m looking forward to going back this summer.
