This Wendy's was the absolute worst I've ever been to. The buns were hard, they got my order wrong. Charged for large got regular. I would never go there again. We were visiting my sister and wanted something fast before going to the hotel, my husband and I both woke up the next morning with sour stomachs.

i’m 90% sure i got food poisoning from this Wendys. had to go to the ER the next morning because of vomiting and diarrhea. service was great and so was the food…until it wasn’t. i’d consider eating elsewhere.

Hurt my back and wrist slipping on their work floor in the lobby (hall to bathrooms). Now injured & on bed rest. Cannot work nor support my family at this time because of this. I hope someone will call me to talk about it from Wendy’s…. I need help. :(

There is no customer service skills put to use here at all. To be the only person in line and have it take 5mintues just to get acknowledge. Then after ordering it took an additional 25 minutes for our food to come out which was just 2 burgers and a fry. Burgers we're messy and I was unable to eat mine due to the bun being so soggy. Will not recommend this Wendy's to anyone. Yes, I understand its fast food but come on now.

I got a Dave's double to go with no lettuce and no pickles and when I got home to eat it one Patty was cooked but the other one was very pink and obviously under cooked I'm not happy about this at all !

Ordered a Nugget meal deal and a bacon jr cheese burger. What of the order that was there was disgusting, cold and looked like it had been made hours ago and the one thing that was supposed to be cold was missing, the frosty. I won't order from Wendy's again. A complete waste of money.

The dining area was very dirty and looked as it had not been cleaned in days. The front entry area windows looked as the had not been cleaned in weeks from handprints on doors and windows. Staff were not very friendly, but also not rude. One of the staff members took the restroom key and was in there for over 20 minuets leaving us to go elsewhere to use the restroom.
